i am nineteen and have a stable relationship with my boyfriend. we are planning to get married within the year and we want a baby within the next three years. Do you think this is too soon? or that i am too young!!! he also wants me to be a stay at home mom!! i am not sure i like to contribute too but money is no issue!!!!

When measuring the baby, you know how the measure the femur bone and the abdominal cirfumference? Has anyone heard of those two being different on the same u/s? Both measurements gave me a different gestational age with a 2 week difference but on the same u/s!! Am I giving too much credit to technology? :-)

My 2 year old daughter was drinking milk in the morning before. from past 2 weeks she is refusing to drink milk. i tried changing cups, sippers , milk flavors. I also tried to prepare her milk by herself. but still she is not drinking milk.
Please suggest something.

Our son is 3 years old. He has never been away from us in his life. If we can't take him somewhere we don't go. He is not the greatest talker and is not even intersted in potty training at all. None of the pre-school here ( Redding, CA) take kids that are not potty trained. I am lucky enough to be able to stay home with him. I don't feel he has to go yet. I want to see if he will be ready next year. Mom-in-law feels that if I put him into a daycare center he will talk more and will get potty trained. We can't really afford to put him into daycare here ( chepest around is 550.00 a week) and I will not put him into head start. At his age he dosen't need friends. He is only 3. He needs his Mama & Daddy. I didn't even know anybody at my age until I was almost 4 when I went to pre-school. I take him to the park once a week for about an hour or so. Sometimes he plays with kids his own age but, for the most part he plays with me. I think he is fine & happy with me. What do you think.

When I gave the news to my hubby and kids that i was pregnant , my oldest daugther told me she wanted a girl since my oldest son is boy and the smallest too ... So I told her that it migth have a girl, but that it coul be a boy but ever since that day she told everyone that I was expecting a girl & she was sure it was a girl , I try to explain that it is not always what we want, that if it was a boy or girl she will have to love them no matter what ... Last week i have my 16 week sonogram and I took her to see the baby & our surprise was that it is a GIRL she was very ha ppy and excited about the news , she even said I told you it was a girl god told me it was a girl.... So then at the car I ask her why did she said that GOD told her.. when she was praying one day at nigth and she ask him for the new bay to be a girl.. So some one told me kids migth have this special feeling on babies because when I was pregnant of my little boy she was also sure it was a boy ..Can this b possible?

I want to go home next yr to see my mom, problem is it will be too expensive to fly and to rent a car to drive baby around in.. He will be almost 1yr old by then.. The drive is around 30 hrs. Any experience in this, he's a really good baby, only cries when he's hungry or tired... Just wanted any advice..

mine hurt alot at the moment im only 6 weeks into my pregnacy and the pains come and go but it really hurts and the doc just told me its normal. ive had them for the last 2 weeks now and its depressing as i had a miscarriage 12 weeks ago and i had the same pains in the same places. am i just stressing for nothing and did anyone else have the same experiances?
i have really bad period pains normally so im used to the pain im just worried that its not going to turn out as i want it to, me and my partner want this baby as we did the other. i would be grateful of any advice and my appologies if you have just answerd a question on this subject from me but it was removed for being neither a question or and answer apparently!!! ah well never mine hope you can help put my mind at ease as my partner works away during the week and this making me paranoid.

My husband and I have 3 children ages 6, 4, and 3. Two of them are in school and we're both in this " I want another baby" phase. I will be 24 this month and he will be 28 in December. We both feel like we want another one but I still have doubts. We would have to start all over again. However, I feel if we don't have another one we will regret it in the future. I would love to be pregnant again and take care of a newborn but I feel like I would be cheating my youngest out of being the "baby" she has been for 3 years. Then again, I want another boy because I already have 2 daughters but then I feel I would be cheating him out of being my only boy. Decisions, decisions. I'm just curious what your opinion is?

Two of my neighbors wants to throw a baby for me. I talk with one of them sometimes. The other one , I have not really talked too. She had her two year old son taken away from her by child protective services . They say that her husband was abusing him. I think she abused her son also. I do not want to have anything to do with someone that has abused their child. I do not want to hurt the one lady's feelings, because she is really nice. I don't care if the other ones feelings are hurt because of what she has done to her son. How do I get out of this ? I would rather not have one at all now. Thanks

I started at noon on sept 9. Spotted until about 530am sept 10. It got alittle heavy from 1030am to 830pm and went back to spotting. Could this be implantational bleeding? Should i go get a test or wait until next month?

i had all the symptoms of preg, including passing out, naseous, nipples tenderness, i even developed anemia, while taking iron for months prior to developing it. urinating a lot, and exhasuted. i was a month late on my pd. when it came it was really light than heavy than light again. i go on thur for the preg blood test exam results. after i got my pd i still feel mild cramping sometimes like if i'm going to get my pd again but its very light, i took two hpt test b4 getting my pd both were neg, when i went to to the doc they also did one and it was neg. so the doc decided to do the blood preg test. i would be happy if iwas preg, but is there still a possibilty of me being preg?

I took my youngest of 3 children who just turned 2 yesterday to a preschool playgroup. This group has children ranging in age from newborn to 5. I couldn't help but notice she was way out of control compared to a few other children that are only 2-4m older then her. She would run around the room and could not focus on any activity for more thena minute. She can talk, but wouldn't at the playgroup. How can I help her begin to develope a more relaxed self structure around others?
I expect that she is going to be excited. I don't expect her to act like a grown up. No crude comments please.

My 2 1/2 year old son now has learned how to unhook his carseat himself. It scares me that he has learned how to unhook it. It is already a complicated carseat to lock. He has learned to strap himself in and out now.I have been driving down the road and see him on the floor in the back of the car and trying to climb in the front seat. I have tried spanking him when he does it but, that seems to not work. Anybody else have this problem? What can I do?

My son is almost 7 months he had 2 teeth break through but he is still in a lot of pain from the other teeth that havent broke through yet. I have tried Tylenol, teething tablets, semi-frozon wash cloths, and Oragel (however it is spelled). Anyone have any other suggestions? He is miserable.
