i think that my boyfriends sperm count is low and we want to have another baby what are the best ways that we can achieve this goal and what if he cant have kids anymore what are the options

I asked the same question about a month ago because I was curious. I really didn't get many responses. The few that I did get were these:
1) The man should wear looser underwear because tight underwear will hold his package closer to his body, increasing the temperature, which can kill sperm.
2) Try not to have sex too often. Maybe like once every two days.
3) He should eat a healty balanced diet.
4) Have your bf try Zinc vitamins or Vitamin E. These are supposed to make sperm stronger, thus create more sperm.

Men can build up the sperm in their bodies by avoiding sex or masturbation...then there is more sperm to make a baby...BUt you can't increase a sperm count. A man is born with all the sperm he is ever going to get.

Abstinence will increase the sperm count. Don't have sex for a week before your fertile "window," then go for it!

yeah i have heard that looser underwear helps bc of the heat fact, but also him standing in front of an oven all day like if he was a cook or putting his computer on his lap will decrease it. hold out on sex for a while that way it will all build up and you'll have a better chance that way

well, stop having sex, don't allow him to masterbate , sex on;ly once a week, wear boxers ( keep them nuts cool )
stop giving him so many blow jobs.
