And now he won't go to bed in either the crib OR the twin bed... I put him on the twin, and he gets up and runs around. I put him in the crib, and he throws a tantrum... What to do???

It is coming from her vagina, about a nickel size everytime i change her diaper, its not diaper rash, its mucosy blood is this normal? I plan on calling my doctor in the morning so please dont advise me to, if this is normal how long should this go on for?

Does anyone know anything about this?? I had to go to the e.. and get checked because I was bleeding and cramping and when she did the pap smear she said my cervix was inflamed and irritated...nothing else was really said about it though..everything else turned up fine. I am 8 wks 5 days.

So I'm 15, yes I know young, but still. I've liked this girl for about a year now, we even went out once but it lasted for about 4 days =/. Shes the kind of girl who can never make up her mind about who she likes, and can't stay hooked on a guy for more then a week at a time. I know that this is only, "puppy love", or whatever you may call it, but I just can't get her off my mind. Any suggestions? I've tried music and just not talking to her, which worked up until i talked to her again, lol. Again I know I'm young, but I just want to get her outta my head =/.

Right at 40 weeks I was induced, the Dr gave me pitocin at about 7am, at around 10am he broke my water (nasty by the way) and hooked the internal monitor to Jr. I asked for the epidural at around.. don't know too much pain. Anyway I labored till about 10 that night then they wanted me to start pushing, I was only dialated to about 9 I pushed for an hour. Dr said that I needed to feel what was going on, so they stopped the epidural and gave me more pitocin.. I pushed for another hour and a half, started to run a fever then they decided to give me a c-section, by this time I don't have any drugs in my system, tears are streaming down my face and there was a lot of profanity.. for some reason the OR is a long ways away from L&D.. Jr was delivered, then it felt like someone placed a boulder on my chest, and I can't really remember the rest... We later realized that Jr was too big to have fit through that 9 cm hole, which was what I was trying to tell my Dr. throughout my entire pregnancy

My three month old daughter is settling into a routine but it is quite unpredictable. I would like to set up a schedule for her that is flexible yet fairly consistent. She is a breast feed baby and she eats about every three to four hours.

about 2 weeks ago i had what seemed to be the "typical" implantation spotting. i am always early when it comes to my period but i was suprised that it had come this early. i wasn't due to start for what i thought was a week. again to my suprise as quickly as it came, it disapeared. it hadn't lasted more than 4 hours. it has now been almost 2 weeks and i'm coming up to the day where i started my period last month...but again, never have i started on an exact day...i am always atleast 5 days earlier then the last month. because of this implantation "theory" i am wondering if i am indeed pregnant. since me and my significant other thought about conceiving i've had bad stomach aches...but he told me that they are possibly all in my head. now i am getting period like stomach cramps, but it is rare for me to get them. are there any woman out there who have experienced these and still were pregnant? i am hopeful :)

Well, I'm just sitting here wondering why some mothers(and fathers) get so offended and judgemental when another chooses natural parenting for their own children. For example: breastfeeding, cloth diapering, co- sleeping, non- physical discipline techniques, not doing the "cry it out" method, finding a sling that is wonderful and using it to carry your baby alot, know what I mean? I just find it sad that a woman who chooses not to breastfeed might be insulted by another woman choosing to and being proud of her choice and commitment. I mean what is good for one might not be good for another but why judge? I'm not trying to suggest anything I just can't understand it. Any ideas................ ? (I'm a mother of two and as you might of guessed I am a big fan of natural parenting)

Where I live there is a headstart program you can send kids to when they turn the age of three. My husband and I plan on sending our son in November (when he turns 3). Now my family has lots of controversay over this saying he's too young for school, but my husbands family agrees with us. We believe that this will be a great opportunity for him to learn to get along well with other children plus the benefits of learning.I was just wondering what you guys thought...Is he too young to send to school?
