Probably the earliest symptom of pregnancy is a lack of a period or spotting. Then the next symptom would be sore breasts.

Fatigue and sickness don't usually start until around 6 weeks.

Sometimes you don't get symptoms at all... sometimes you do and it ends up being PMS or something else... and sometimes it could mean pregnancy... but wondering and playing what if.. and hoping , etc isn't good if you turn out to not get the result you want. From experience my advice is to not look too much into symptoms, wait until your period is due and if it does not come test

I would definetly agree that once I realized I missed my period for a month....I was curious. I was told I would never have children, and if I did......it would happen because medical science stepped in (and even still it would darn near be a miracle).......
So when I missed my period in June this year....I was a little surprised but not much. I went to the store to get a home pregnancy test (a cheapy), and it came back positive. I was shocked as hell.....so I went to the doctor to confirm...and it was a positive confirmation. I'm not 4 1/2 months pregnant and have had all the sickness for half my town since then!!! Who knew.

I knew I was pregnant about a week after we conceived, because my boobs hurt really really bad... I was a cop and carried a lot of gear around and I couldn't wear my vest, and it even hurt to put on a bra.. After that I knew because of how tired I was I could go to sleep at 6 in the evening and sleep till noon the next day, sometimes longer.. But some women experience these things and others don't...

It usually takes about a month before you start getting symptoms. Those can include morning sickness, tender breasts, and fatigue.

It depends on what kind of symptoms you are talking about. Not all women get morning sickness likewise, not all women gain a lot of weight.

I wouldn't really know- but probably 24 hours. You know? Have you heard of "morning sickness" but it might take a week or so. Talk to your doctor or take a test to be sure...otherwise www.webmd.com is a great source for health issues and questions!
