My daughter is 10 and going into 5th grade. Her friend down the street is 12 and going into middle school. Her friend lies CONSTANTLY. Things like..."my parents are buying me a Hummer"..."We're buying a new mansion"...etc.

Her mother also lies (promises to meet me somewhere or to send daughter over to play, but never does). What can I do? When my daughter is with the lying friend and another girl, she gets left out. HELP!

My friend's sister thinks she's in labor. She says she keeps having labor symptoms. She's 16 by the way. What should she do? She said she feels the baby pushing out. Could the Dr. have misdiagnosed her due date? Or could she have lied about her due date? She says she's 6 mos. but she looks like she's due.

in asked a question on hitting kids and most people were in aggrement with me that it was wrong but the odd one said that whenever they show there child a belt they shut up on other questions there was stuff like hitting there kids with wooden paddles ok im not tottaly against lighty reinforcing "no" but how can you say belting a child is not the same as beating them

There is this boy at my school he's in 8th and I'm in 9th and everytime he see's me he says hi, then sometimes when I'm in class he'll come by and look in the door and wave at me! Are these some of the signs that he likes me or is it because I like him so much I'm like imagining things??
What are some more things I can watch for to see if he likes me?
If I ask him and he says no, then he'll know I like him and it could ruin our friendship.

i went to a clenic to determin when i concieved and they said i was 28weeks and 1 day. that was 4 days ago and they said the due date was Nov 20th. that dosent add up. shouldnt it be longer than that?

Why do people constantly wind my baby, as soon as she cries they insist on the fact she has wind!?!

My baby is 3 months old and has no difficulty with wind, she now moves her body into positions to get it up herself, yet people still wind her, which she hates and drives me mad. Do people not realise babies also cry for other reason apart from wind!

Can anyone else relate to this and how have you handled it?

I have 2 autstic children 7 and 6 my boy has decided he don't like his diaper changed anymore. We are trying to teach him to use the potty but he hasn't got it yet. He don't talk so he can't tell us when he has to go. It has gotten to the point that it takes 2 people to change him. We don't always have 2 people to change 1 diaper. I cycle runs 33 days. I have REALLY light bleeding. This month I started bleeding around my time of ovulation. Even know the bleeding was light, it was almost like a normal period for me. My boyfriend and I are trying again after a miscarriage that happened 4 months ago.

I was friends with this guy (through work) for anout 3 years. I liked him and made it obvious. I was told he liked me and he had made this clear to me also. Things started going places with us and then all of a sudden he backed off. I was upset but let this go and it went no further. then a few months later at a party he pulled me aside and told be that he regretted not taking the "relationship" further and asked me would I give things a go with him. I told him I didn't want to be made a fool of again and that i needed time. The next day I called him and asked him out, only for him to tell me he had a girlfriend!!!!!! What is the story with that????

1) The Bible supports it!
2) Nearly all kids need it now and then!
3) It worked for us...it's a timeless form of discipline
4) Don't let the bleeding heart liberals tell you how to raise your kid!
5) It will improve the next generation and lower crime rates! The last generation is suffering because most were not spanked or not nearly enough.
6) It should be brought back to the schools (with parents permission, but most would approve).
7) If you need to do it public, do it, with no interference, attitude, or glares from others, just a nod of approval and walk on
8) I mean, spanking, not abuse. A good sound spanking done lovingly is not abuse
9) Neighborhood parents should know and watch out for each other, and if they see a kid who needs a spanking, call their parents!
10) Your kids will appreciate it!

my doctor says me and my partner are both fine-i allready know all about ovulating and keeping the sperm up you after sex, and doing exercise and eating healthy and also intaking on zinc and to not have sex for a few days so my partners sperm can be stronger- but i was wondering if there was anything else, maybe some old myths or any food you can eat, and i know everyone says just dont try so hard, but its really difficult when every month you end up with a negative test, i willing to try anything now even fertility pills or maybe a magic potion or even a spell- i know i sound mad but i was just wondering if there was anything else something that i havn't heard off- it could be the silliest or daftest thing but i would really love to hear it. Also just wondering is it true that if your on birth control for a few months your likely to conceive quicker- if its true what birth control is that? and is it bad to take fertility drugs even though the doctor says im fine?
