Keep introducing veggies, but if he really won't eat them, just push fruits. Most kids will eat them. Try grating veggies into other foods, like grated carrots in meat. Try cooking sweet potatoes or yams with cinnamon on them. Most kids like this. I put cinnamon on my daughter's carrots and she loves them and eats them.

My son is also a fussy eater so I have had to be clever in disguising the fruits and veggies. I add shredded apple to his pancakes, shredded zucchini and carrot to spaghetti sauce, applesauce can be added to any batter mixture instead of oil....These are just a few suggestions for you. Also, have you tried using the fruit or veggies to make decorations on his plate? Like a happy face? May work. Good Luck!

Dont make a big deal out of it! If he sees you eating them he may one day want to try. Put a little veg on his plate at every meal , even if he does not eat it, this way he gets used to seeing it and it is not classed as a 'new' food.
Take it easy and dont let it wind you up, as long as he is healthy and happy, do not worry!

When my son was that age he only wanted cheese sandwiches and then just peanut butter and honey sandwiches. I called the pediatrition and he said not to worry about what and how they are eating as long as he was gaining weight he was fine. Maybe if you made a mixed fruit bowl and added whip cream to it your fussy 3 year old might enjoy that.

My nephew is the same, and he is also 3. Won't eat anything but bread, pasta and cheese....
Have you tried blending the vegetables or even better make a mega blend of mainly fruit and some vegetables (so the flavour is hidden)?
You know, he may change at some stage just like that!

you cant make them eat more than they want to.
Try offering a varity of different fruit & veg, and make sure you eat it too. Make 'yummy' noises !
But if they dont want it dont fret.
There are more important things in life to worry about surely.
As long as they are healthy & you are offering the stuff there is no more you can do.

Try fruit smoothies, you can also add some veg to the smoothies which can be disguised by sweet tasting fruit.
It that fails try freezing the smoothie into ice lols, which your child might find more fun.

Make them fun for him. Make a funny face using apples, raisens, etc. Let him help make whatever you create together. And then show him how yummy it is to eat the face, bug, or whatever you made.
And remember that what your 3-year-old loves this week, he might hate next week. My son loves most veggies, but there are still days where I get "Yucky!" when I offer him peas or corn, two of his favorites.
Hang in there! It will get better. :)
