It is always safe to *** inside of a woman. But you have to make sure that you both are tested for S.T.D.'s. then you have to make sure that she is taking her birthcontrol like she is susposed to. But also, birth control is not 100% effective. So, there is that chance that your girl can get pregnant. So, if you guys don't want a baby, BE CAREFULL...

You must remember with birth control that NOTHING is 100% effective, except abstinence. Even if you are mostly protecting against pregnancy (birth control at best is 99% effective), there's still the risk of contracting an STD or STV from your partner.
From your question, it sounds like you are very uneducated about sex and your birth control options. I suggest getting yourself down to a planned parenthood and educating yourself first before having sex with anyone, except maybe yourself.

Birth control is only 99% effective if used in the correct way, this means that there is always a small chance of her getting pregnant on the pill. Trust me on this, it happened to me and I took them every day, never missed one. So, unless you are ready to take responsibility if something were to happen...I would say it isn't safe.

Birth control is not 100%, so would strongly recommend that if you dont want an unplanned pregnancy that you refrain from doing that even though she is on the pill.
I also agree with Amelia - women have been known to "say" they are on birth control and not be, just to get pregnant.
