You will hate to hear this, but alot of that is probably still a bit of baby fat. You are still growing, so what you need to do is start a healthy lifestyle. Don't aim to lose, just not gain. You will develope healthy habits and as you grow, you will just maintain a healthy weight. Try adding in moderate excercise and cut out processed foods. You have the whole world, and your whole life ahead of you. Don't waste any time or energy doubting yourself or your appearance. All that matters is what is on the inside. That being said, you don't want to spend your adult life dealing with diabetes or hypertension, which are alarmingly common now days. So just eat how humans were designed to eat. Stop eating when you are full. Don't eat just to have something to do. What a great age to be, enjoy it, and enjoy life!

I think hon you are slightly over weight, but it's not late to change that, or live a healthy lifestyle. Listen very carefully to this, "DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF" I have done this and while you can drop weight at first, you will gain it all back and a lot more, plus you can have things happen like hair loss, and it can mess up your period. At your age the best way to loose weight and stay healthy is cutting out junk food, try eating high fiber, and getting out and being active, even just go for a walk each day, or try some skipping. If you want to loose weight cutting out all fast food, and soda can really help.

Yeah, you're a bit over weight but your only 13, which means not all of your baby fat is completely gone yet and you haven't finished growing yet. When you are around 16-18 years old like me thats when your're done sprouting, so no worries. Just give it a couple of years and you'll grow right out of it.

Yes, you are overweight. But it won't be too difficult to correct it, just eat healthy things and get involved in physical activities and you should reach your desired weight in a few months. It's fairly easy to lose weight at your age since kids have really high metabolisms.
