Pregnancy & Parenting - 28 August 2006

The room feels stuffy. I don't want to use a humidifier because the instructions say not to use in a closed room with children sleeping. Also, there is the inconvenience of maintaining it. Would a certain fan or air conditioner help? I heard ionic breezes are not recommended.

I have developed nipples, and I can see veins in my boobs. I am developing rather rappidly and am sore off and on, in my first 3 weeks thats when I was really sore. I go to the Dr. Friday to find out if I am, but some questions are just killing me to find some explainations....


And do your veins show up more when you are pregnant all over your body?

what is the best way to tell your parents that your pregnant i'm almost 17 and i am but i have no idea how to tell my parents
the bad thing is my mom never understands anything and always throws negitive thoughts and she's by-polor and my dad will probally kick me out
yes the baby father will be there we together and have been for 9months almost 10 and he's alittle bit older than me and my parents dont like him so it even hard to tell them and i plan to keep it b.c i dont belive in abortions or giving a kid up b.c i think u should take responsibilty for your actions

The last day of my last period was July 8th and it is now August 28th. I usually have a pretty normal cycle (28-30 days) and I still have not gotten my period since the last time I had sex (july 9-11). I took 3 pregnancy tests all of which were negative and I'm not feeling or noticing anything different except for some mild cramping (like pre-menstrual cramps) and my left ovary hurts. This has been going off and on for the past 2 or 3 weeks. Do you still think I could be pregnant even though all 3 tests were negative?

when I first started getting sick it was 2 months 2 week ago. was nausa,vomiting,breast bigger and a lot of food that I ate before I couldn,t eat and the smells of them made me sick to and pee alot!!! more but I have taken hpt at home and they are negative and my period came on both months. What is the best place to get a baby's ear pierced? It's $150 at the doctor's office because the use a needle but much cheaper at Walmart. The instruments are sterile and the man is certified. Has anyone taken their baby to Walmart?

Usually my breasts hurt about a week before i get my period but they have been hurting for atleast 2-3 weeks now, I'm tired all the time (even days i don't work), my feet hurt (even on days i don't work), sometimes after i eat i feel nausiated (like now), I seem to be peeing more often, I have had more headaches than usual. And usually right before my period is to come I can feel my ovaries hurt when i push on them, today nothing hurts down there when pushed on. My period is suppose to come tomorrow or the 30th. My stomach feels bloated, at times I'm moody.
I just wish there was someone i could talk to about this.

I am about to switch from infant to a convertible car seat. I'd like to buy only one convertible car seat (with detachable base, e.g. Britax Boulevard) and at least 3 bases (for myself, my wife's car, and grandparents' car)-just like I do with my current Graco Snugride. I was unable to find a base for convertible seat which can be sold separately, at least online. Is this solution possible at all? If yes, would appreciate if someone shares.
