I have been nursing my baby for four months and just within the last few weeks I am loosing a lot of hair. In the shower and just consistently throughout the day. Is this normal? Also is grey hair normal too? ... when I am nursing of course

I had my last period start on July 19, but I'm so irregular that I have no clue. But I have been nausous all weekend, I've been tired 80% of the time and I have diarrea (disgusting I know, but I heard somewhere that I could be a symptom) and my breasts are really sore. I'm so scared to take a test because it hurts so much when it says no. I don't want to take it and then have to tell my boyfriend that it said no because he wants one just as bad as I do and he gets so depressed and discouraged....

I don't feel like killing myself or anything, but I have been feeling depressed for about a year now. I am overwhelmed with my 2 young children (even though I have a nanny/housekeeper to help 3 full days a week.), I don't feel like eating well, exercising, and generally making myself look nice. I have trouble getting going in the morning and generally lack energy for the entire day.

Is this depression? Should I try taking some antidepressants? Anyone have an experience like this?

My aunt is going through a custody battle and I am trying to provide as much support as possible. She holds a college degree but is currently spending 100% of her time for being involved in her toddlers schooling, health, and making sure they are raised properly (instead of nannys etc.) since her husband is 90% devoted to a good paying job and not available nearly as much. They are going through a divorce, not to mention his 4th divorce. What are her chances of her winning custody for these 2 young girls?

Reccently I have found out about my brother's ongoing abuse (if you have payed attention, you will know.) Yes, my mother knows - she hasn't done anything to my father yet - not even confronted him. I am 17, my brother is 16. I spied his journal (I know I know) and I read the last entry (ok, so a couple more aswell), and he's thinking about running away because Mom's done nothing to stop it. WHAT SHOULD I DO? If any of you are teenagers, what would you do in my situation? I need some ideas, please...

If I am breastfeeding my 4 1/2 month old baby and he has really bad gas, and cries most of the time, should I try to cut out dairy. What all foods would this consist of and how long would I need to do it to see a difference? I do not eat any spicy foods or beans, or onions.

First off, I am not trying to place my parental responsibility on my childrens teachers. But when I am not in the classroom all day with them, how am I to know what I need to do as a parent to make sure all assignments are done and turned, my kids don't misbehave in class, and that they are are track in school, if the teacher doesn't communicate with me. I sent a letter at the beginning of school to my step-sons teacher asking for her to inform me if she had any problems with him not doing homework. He just came to live with us 3 months ago and we were told by his mother that he had a problem not turning in homework at his last school. I also requested a list of weekly homework assignments so that I could ensure that he did them and turned them in. I recieved no response from her. Instead I got a note sent home saying she was giving him detention for not turning in 2 homework assignments. I finally had to write another letter and an e-mail to her, since I get nothing but a voicemail during school hours. She called me back, and was kinda rude, as if she had done nothing wrong. I questioned her if she got the first letter I sent and she said that she did. She then informed me that at the 5th grade level they did not send home assignment lists, cause the kids at that grade level needed to start being responsible for their homework. However, the punishment of after school detention was also punishing me, since I would have to be the one who took off work early to pick him up. I asked how I was suppose to enforce the idea of doing homework, if I was not even aware of what homework he had, since she would not give me a list. She finally said "Well, I guess that I could make an exception and get you a list of the assignments."

As a parent, I asked for suggestions and support from the teacher, and she didn't want to give it.

i started my period around the 17th or 18th of august. i seemed to have egg white like cervical mucous and a high and open cervix on 08-24. my husband and i had sex on 08-25-06 and 08-26-06. all ovulation calculators online say i should ovulate around the 30th or the 1st. do you think i am ovulating twice, that i ovulated early. or that i have not yet ovulated? i had a miscarriage on 07-14. i dont know anything about my luteal phase and my cycles are usually around 29-31days.

stupid questions ppl ask and the answrs seem real mature, but stupid for a teen? For example, some1 posts a question like "People joke me,what do i do?" and some1 posts a seemingly good answer like"Just ignore them or tell the teacher".

No strings attached. I am a grandmother who babysits my daughters baby. I went out and bought diapers size 16-28 lbs. and my daughter doesn't want me to use them. They are still packaged and work great. Fit well and never leaked but I can't do right by my daughters standards. Instead of throwing them out I am offering them free to anyone who might need them. My e-mail address is ralisa49@yahoo. I live in Iselin, just contact me and pick them up. Honestly, they are free.

This is pretty complicated...I am three months pregnant. Shortly after the baby was conceived I stopped all communication with the father-to-be for very good, legitimate reasons (not knowing I was pregnant). No kind of physical abuse but alot of emotional abuse. I had known him for a very long time beforehand. I have waited in telling him because I have had a miscarriage before and I wanted to make sure I was going to have the baby before contacting him. So far everything is just perfect with the pregnancy and now I am starting to think about when I should contact him. I have alot of feelings about HIM that won't go away...anger, hurt, disappointment and alot of emotional issues that I am in therapy for. I don't want to ever contact him but I do know that this is something that is beyond me and it is the only right answer for the child in this situation. Should I contact him asap or wait until after the baby is born? Serious answers only please. Thank you.
