Had the same problem -- your pelvis spreads to enable the baby to be born and sometimes things don't go back the way they were before. There are physical therapy exercises to get your pelvis back in alignment and a belt you can wear to keep it there until the muscles can develop to keep it there permanently.

This didn't work for me so I ended up going to a Chiropractor (didn't believe they were real, but PT said I should go) and found relief. Chiropractory is a long term commitment and you have to do what they tell you to do for the treatment to work.

if it doesnt hurt well its not to bad,its from having your baby and your hips popping out of place while pregnant,they never went back into the same place,and wouldnt anyways.your doc cant really do anything for you,u need to get them re-alined so go make an appointment with a chiroprator,they should help you alot,will take a few visits but in the end it should help alot....good luck!!

I have the same problem every now and again. I have 4 kids. There really is nothing that you can do for it. Try sleeping with a pillow between your knees. It might help.
