I'm almost 35 wks preg, but an ultrasound today measured me at 38 wks and the baby at 7 lbs 7 oz. I want to get my water to break soon. How do I do this? (My feet and legs are swollen and having a hard time doing anything at all.)

I am a stay at hom mom and have found recently that I feel really tired and tend to snap more at my children especially. I don't have as much patience and I feel terrible! I have a 5 year old, 2 year old and a 10 month old. I have had a difficult year, had my baby by c-section 10 months ago and then had an emergency hysterectomy this past May. I guess I just feel like I don't have any time for me..... Does anyone have any advice????

my friend has irregular periods. unlike me her periods are irregular and doesnt know when she is ovulating the tests say she is but nothing seems to happen for her. I told her to try having sex everyday and maybe she will get pregnant one way or another was i wrong or should i have told her something else. she doesnt want to go to a doctor for it just yet.

My little girl throws a fit when she gets sleepy, she won't take a bottle, pacifier, rocked to sleep. Nothing. She usually cries the whole time till she falls asleep. I walk around with her, put her in her crib. Any advice? When she gets sleepy I would like to put her in the crib and let her fall asleep, but she will start screaming. She is 5 months old.

ok, so i've been friends with this guy since i was like 3, and we used to tell each other everything. I soon figured out that he liked me and i said yes when he asked me out. about a week and a half later, i broke up with him, because he was almost too shy, and i couldn't talk to him. I chose to breastfeed. I co-sleep with baby after Daddy goes to work. I put the biggest pillow on other side of baby. to prevent her from falling off but she still rolled off. I feel terrible. People say i should get CPS called on me.
I don't think Im a bad mom. I think falling happens to everyone. I bet your mom dropped you before! But...I chose to breastfeed and anyone else who has or does knows its hard to stay awake in the middle of the night to feed, Ive never dropped her from standing position or any other time! She's yet to have colicy formula. And i read to her every single day! I'm a full time mom, and we take the bus everyday to pay bills, and dr. appts. Last year, I was a pregnant senior in high school, and still got my diploma! Okay. I'm trying my best here. Do i need to get my child tooken away from me!?

My husband had to fly out of state to be with his dad who is having some health problems. We have two daughters- 15 months and 3 years. The fifteen month old isn't paying much attention, but the three year old is having a hard time with daddy not being here. This is the first night she's ever had to go to bed without seeing him. My dad left us for another woman who was after him since he was married and during the first months of the divorce this woman got pregnant and had a baby boy .From the day he left he forgot about us and today we found out by our cousin on his side of the family that all this time his been telling every member of his family not to look for us or call us or care about us .I will have to add that we are a good people ,my mom loved my dad very much and we had a beautiful family until this woman infected our lives.He even has gone to the point of trying to stop paying child support which did not work cause he was taken to court.He hide having another kid (the baby)for a whole 11/2 years .Never call us for nothing.I dont think that after doing so much he can be happy with this woman we often wonder if he has a concience or ever feel any remorse for what he has done to us.this is so painfull .
