My aunt is going through a custody battle and I am trying to provide as much support as possible. She holds a college degree but is currently spending 100% of her time for being involved in her toddlers schooling, health, and making sure they are raised properly (instead of nannys etc.) since her husband is 90% devoted to a good paying job and not available nearly as much. They are going through a divorce, not to mention his 4th divorce. What are her chances of her winning custody for these 2 young girls?

Yes, because she is the primary care giver.

That will be up to the judge but since it's the husband's 4th divorce, it doesn't sound like he's very stable. Usually, the woman has to be unfit or not want the kids for him to get sole custody. There may be shared custody with her being the custodial parent. Talk to a law place, they can tell you more.

her chances are very high i would say. They would look at her and say she is better fit to take care of them. Then they would say he would pay child support. When it comes to custody battles...the court normaly goes for kids being with the mother...just for the bond...unless she is unfit. But she is with them all of the time....so they are probably very close to her...bonded a lot with her. it would be worse for the children to leave her. Unless their father can prove that she is unfit in someway...she would win no matter what.

Well It would really depend on if she is unfit parent. Judges would give custody to the mother usually unless the mother is unfit or dont want the child

very good he has to prove her unfit and by the sound she isn't. That means unfit meaning that she doesn't tend to them properly. Custody doesn't go on who makes more. She will win. Been divorced 2x and have all my children due to I had to prove my ex"s unfit. Hard thing to do.

Her chances are excellent for getting custody. Also in-titled to child support and possibly alimony for a certain amount of time.
