I had a pregnancy yoga tape, but I didn't like it. I think walking is best. Personally, after the first trimester, I didn't feel well doing anything more strenous than that. And I was in good shape!

I've never been pregnant, but i know alot about being pregnant...A good exercise is swimming. The water relaxes you, thus relaxing the baby! But if you dont swim simple walking around! It reduces labor pain.

NEVER start any exercises other than walking while pregnant unless you talk to your doctor first. There are certain exercises that are not safe...especially ones that require you to lay on your back
