I don't understand why people like to throw their kids away because they did drugs during preg. and announce it to the world.

I really don't understand voting on illegalizing abortions when people need them for medical health problems like a friend of mine who got raped.

i'm male and frequently wet the bed from about 5 - to about 11! i had horrible night-mares in which i urinated! i stopped at about the time i began to have nocturnal erections (it's hard to go with an erection) which woke me up.
my bed wetting began when the dreadful fear of my abusive/frightening dad took hold. it seems that i spent my entire early childhood SCARD TO DEATH OF MY PARENTS. the horrible tensions of our everyday life was relieved in sleep when i'd wet - often several times a night! the rubber sheets, spankings, diet restrictions, self-hate, discomfort, etc. was mind boggling.

there's much more to this but i'd like to suggest that, if your kid is wetting, you might consider the kid's emotional/psychological condition (especially FEARS) along with genetic/physical causes. i know that you, like my parents, don't want to ever admit that YOU ARE THE CAUSE of your kid's reactions/behavior but YOU ARE for the most part! so, do somethng about your parenting!

I'm going to be having a baby shower(after baby is born) fairly soon, and I want it to be a personal and fun experience. I have thought of having those m&m's that say it's a boy or it's a girl (we are waiting to find out the gender) and pacifier candy etc. Any ideas or themes would be fabulous... want to stay away from over-done themes like whinnie the poo and disney collections.

me and my parents have the same family doctor, i went to him to get a physical about a month ago b/c my psychiartist needed it for me. when he got the blood test done i came back having anemia. strange thing i've been taking iron medication b/c i had the anemia. so everytime after that i've actually had to get bloodwork done 3 times and it came back the same. the last timemy parents went over there was last week and he said he need to examine me and ask me a few questions. my last pd was late, and my next one is due on 8/26 and i haven't seen any signs of it when i usually see signs a week in advance. i've had unprotected sex, using the withdrawal method, the doctor doesn't know that part yet, however he wants to send me in for a sonogram? what exactly is the connection between the anemia and him wanting to send me for a sonogram? is it bc he suspects pregnancy?? serious anwers plis, oh and i have to see him this saturday

No matter how much or how hard I spank, how long he spends in time out and how much I try to explain what he is doing is wrong, he just doesn't listen. My son has almost burned the house down, broken the blinds, tried to paint his nails, bitten his older sister, torn up his new bed, broken all dvds etc. I cannot seem to find anything to turn this around. I am tired of pulling my hair out everyday. He is scared of spanking and hates time out, but why is he still doing these things? If anyone has been in my shoes or has advice, please share with me.

im not late yet..i took a test about two weeks ago and it was negative but it was too early to tell...ive been feeling really nauseated lately and my stomach dont really feel like bloated but really full...and ive had some minor cramps in my lower abdomen...and last night and this morning i woke up about four am and was feeling really sick like i was going to vomit..but i didnt...and i feel really tired during the day and restless at night..could these be symptons of early pregnancy..if anyone has any ideas please let me know...thanks..

To suggest some type of hypocrisy if you are against abortion and for capital punishment. Unborn children are innocent and haven't hurt anyone. Murderers are not and they should be taken out of our society and put to death as punishment for the taking the life of someone else.

I took 1 pill of Advil yesterday for neck pain and just realized today that I might have increased risk of miscarriage by 80%. I am freeking out. All the studies indicate that it's sure thing and that I am at very high risk. Could I be pregnant for up to 3 months and then miscarry or would this happen relatively quickly...Can anyone comment on this?

I went to the dr today and had to have an ultrasound. We found out that the placenta is in front making it hard to hear and feel the baby. I didnt have this problem with my other 2. Has anybody else had this problem and was it ok? THe dr doesnt seem to be worried but just want to make sure.

ive been trying for a baby with my husband for about 4 years now and still nothing!

I know it sounds bad, but I didn't know I was pregnant and now I stopped, but I know the THC is going to last in my body for about another month (I was a heavy smoker before I thought I could be pregnant, but stoppped so NO judgemental comments please) Anyways, if I take a test tomorrow will the THC levels in my body affect the HcG in my urine?

My period was due on Aug. 22, 2006. The Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon. before I had lots of unprotected sex. Several times after intercourse I would start to spot and then within the hour the spotting would completely disappear. Therefore I continued to have sex each time the situation repeated itself. I am not showing any signs of starting other than the occasional spotting. What are the chances of me being pregnant?

I am 8 months pregnant and plan on breastfeeding when baby arrives. I heard that the Ameda Purely Yours breast pump is comparable to the Medela but a lot cheaper. Has anyone used the Ameda and is it as good as the Medela? I really don't want to spend $250 on a breast pump
