My (soon to be) 4 year old son's birthday will fall on a Thursday. He is looking forward to a party at Chucky Cheese...you know, over priced pizza, lots of games and running around inside. I was planning to have his party early on the Sat. following his actual date but I am in class all day Sat. I thought about moving it to Sunday 11am. (11-12 ish isn't so busy at this place) but I'm worried that people might not come because it's on a Sunday. Should I miss class and have it on Sat. Try for Sunday and hope that it doesn't offend anyone I invite that it could interfere with church or...have his dad take the day off work and try for Friday after Preschool?

In school he is an extremly smart student honor roll grades and I couldnt be more proud; however, when in school he is more into the drama with his friends and likes to bully certain students around and throws temper tantrums when he is told to do something at school and when I punish him he cries like alittle girl, Now he is ADHD and he was taking off the medicine over the summer, I had him in daycare through his school and he was very good they had no problems with him at all, Now that hes back in the classroom he decided not to follow rules and run with the crowd. I am a single mother and his father is out of our lives, he was abusive and a bad alcohalic and cant stay out of jail!! my son I feel deserved a better life so I got him out of it along with myself and his baby brother, I am with a man whom Ive been involved with for 4 years and he loves my kids to death and is wonderful with them. What can I do to get my kid on the right track?

My husband and I are ttc. Last month my period started really weird. After being 2 days late, the first 2 days (July 19, 20) werer light spotting before it became a full flow. Therefore, I'm not sure when I am due again. I had sex every other day from August 1st until the 11th. Using an ovulation predictor kit, it came out positive on August 9th. Now I am having cramps like my period will be approaching. Could this be implantation cramping? We want a baby so badly, that I am afraid my stress level is going to throw off my period. I know, relax. But's thats easier said than done. Please help!!

Does your body regualte itself to start dropping eggs the left side every month? Or is it useless for me to try and get pregnant? it has so far been very frustrating and stressful, which I aslo know can have an effect on whether you conceive. any help or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated.

I am 32 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. I developed Carpel Tunnel Syndrome awhile back. My doctor has told me that I need to cut back on my activity. I am a bit concerned because I am not sure what the end result could possibly be, i.e. could it turn into preeclampsia or any other birth related issues? I know that right now it is becoming increasingly difficult to even walk as my feet are having the same problems (tingling, numbness, swelling). How much worse can this possibly get with 2 months left? I am not sure I can cut back my activity any more as I do not particularly wish to become a vegetable, as well as the simple fact that I have a 1 year old child and 2 older step children. Sitting around all day is not really an option.
Has anyone had any experience with issues like this, and does anyone have any clue as to just how bad it can all get?

My period was two weeks ago and last week the condom broke....I am on the pill but have only been on it for two weeks and I was taking antibiotics at the same time that make the pill un-effective. Every night around nine I get horrible nausea....it last until around eight the following morning. So if I was pregnant I would could only be like a week along...is that too early for morning sickness (or in this case night sickness)? Should I wait to take a home pregnancy test?

I am almost 39 weeks pregnant. My baby has dropped down almost completely in the pelvis. I am going crazy trying to detirmine when I will start laboring. My 11 year old son seems to think what I tell him is an absolute joke.. Yesterday he got in trouble at school because the teacher asked him to do something and he gave her a nasty attitude. He is more concerned about his friends and involving himself with the drama and also bullying other kids then turning around and saying they started. When I give him a punishment he cries like a baby as if Im not suppose to punish him, he doesnt seem to understand when you do something wrong there are consequences that have to be paid, he thinks that shouldnt exist. I dont know what to do any more and the sad part is he is an honor roll student but hes more concerned in disrespecting his teachers being all up in everyones business and picking on kids and lying about it. What can I do to get it through to him that it has to stop and it actually stop, I feel like a broken record, Parents give me some input.

I started getting what I thought were pregnancy symptoms at about 5 weeks, including mildly sore breasts and bloating. Now that I've hit 6 weeks, my symptoms seem to have disappeared and I feel fine (i.e. not pregnant!). They've been gone for 2 days now and I'm terrified I'm going to lose this pregnancy. My boyfriend and I are talking marriage and children. (yay! :P) I'm not pregnant yet. He wants his mother and/or his cousin (she's more like a sister) to be with me when i'm in labor. I told him that I want him to be present as well. (to the cut the cord and just be there for me in general) He says "the delivery room is not a man's place" I was just wondering how common it is for a woman to have her boyfriend or husband present while she's giving birth.

this radio show i listen to everyday does phone scams, where they call people up and mess with them....

well, my husband has missed or been late to quite a few dr visits and i thought this might be a decent payback:)

I had a baby 2 1/2 months ago and have lost all but 7 of the 55 lbs that I gained in pregnancy, but I still have swollen and painful knees and my rings still don't fit!!! I can't find any information about it in books or on websites and my Dr. didn't seem concerned. Can anyone tell me if they've had this or know any reason for it or what to do about it???

regarding my 4 year old daughter and 9 year old nephew. I overheard a converstaion between my four year old and my 9 year old daugters. My four year old was describing the nightmare she had last night. She said my nephew tried to make her sit on his peepee. My heart hit the floor as we have had issues with this nephew before showing my daughter his peepee. He was spoken to then by my husband and his mother. So now this comes out. I stayed calm and asked her if anything like this has happened in real life and she answered sometimes when i am at his house. again biting my lip and trying to stay calm I asked her what she said to him when he tried this. she said nothing i did not know what to say. i informed her that if it ever hapened again to tell him to stop and that you are going to tell me(mom) and then to come tell me right away because he has no right to do this to you. Then she added into it that he has also told her to drink the water out of his peepee.
