I started getting what I thought were pregnancy symptoms at about 5 weeks, including mildly sore breasts and bloating. Now that I've hit 6 weeks, my symptoms seem to have disappeared and I feel fine (i.e. not pregnant!). They've been gone for 2 days now and I'm terrified I'm going to lose this pregnancy. Can symptoms come and go in a totally normal pregnancy?

6 weeks is kinda early for symptoms to disappear. Usually they don't go away until the second trimester. I would definately check in with your doctor just to be on the safe side.

Symptoms definitely come and go, i was always gagging and throwing up in the beginning of my pregnancy, then it stopped when i was about 13 weeks. In my 6th month, i was having a bad day and threw up that morning. One day you can be fine, the next day could be hell. Be happy your symptoms went away.

For me, yes. I would feel just fine one day and vomiting last weeks dinner the next. I never really got any symptoms in first trimester except tiredness and morning sickness-so it can vary from woman to woman. I am now 39 weeks and my baby is completely healthy-good luck.

They have to end sometime.
I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Remember some woman don't get any of that when they are pregnant
