Are there any early symptoms of pregnancy if so what are they?

Early signs of pregnancy include: Tender/sore breasts, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, back aches, missed period, implantation bleeding or spotting, minor cramping, upset stomach, decreased hunger, etc.
Later signs of pregnancy include: Heartburn, frequent urination, constipation, increased hunger, swollen ankles, etc.
Pregnancy symptoms are different for all women. Some women don't even have symptoms. It all depends on your body.

Every time I've been pregnant the first thing I noticed was having to pee all the time then after a bit came the nausea, breast tenderness, fatigue and all the other delightful parts of pregnancy

For me it was sore breasts and my nipples were very dark. That happened when i was due for my period (and when you do the math i was only 2 weeks pregnant) so when i saw my nipples and felt my sore boobs, that's when i took the test.
