Nesting Like cleaning alot
Pain that moves from your lower back to the front out your stomach
Walk it will help you labor alot
Put your feet up on pillows to help with swelling.
My labor was induced at 39 weeks because I was dilated 5 Cm's, but the night before that I moved my entire room around by myself ,then I moved all the furniture out and vacuumed. Your sound close Good luck and remember to take deep breaths. Take you favorite pillow with you because the hospitals are uncomfey

With my first baby, I was really tired and everyone said I was pale in the days before. I never noticed anything. I woke up the day I had her already in full blown labor. I slept through the beginings, but don't worry- I got to the hospital in plenty of time.
With my 2nd one, I woke up that morning in light labor- contractions were about 20 minutes apart, very light and not painful, but extremly regular. I woke up at like 9:30 in the morning that way, but didn't go to the hospital until almost 10 that night. I felt back pain, especially during a contraction (back labor), and just felt tired over all. I rested most of that day, and ate dinner before going, and also took a bath. Though- don't take a bath if your water has broken.
With #3, I had to be induced.
I'd say you are probably closing in on having the baby, judging from what you are feeling, but pay attention to contractions. They feel very light and non-painful at first. Just little twinges, and your stomache hardens to feel almost like rock. SUPER hard. They may or may not be regular at first. Just try to notice the time when they happen, but don't sit around obsessivly timing them, because it will make it feel like labor is CRAWLING along.
After a bit of time, they will start getting stronger, and slightly closer together. Once you've had them steadily (and uncomfortably) for about an hour at around 5 minutes apart, call the doctor and find out if they want you in to the hospital yet.
Get some stuff done around the house, clean up a bit, maybe make a light meal, etc. Don't do anything strenuous, or lift anything, though.
If your water breaks (there's no doubt that you will know what happens- imagine a water balloon soaking you, and that's what you'll notice, being suddenly wet from the legs down), then contact the doctor's office, but make sure you know how far your contractions are apart at that time. They don't need you in immediatly if they are not 5 minutes apart yet, but they also need to make sure you aren't "dry" for too long. From what I've heard, dry births are extremley painful for mom. Once your water is broken (I had to have mine broken for me all 3 times, so it won't neccessarily break on it's own), it's a time thing. They can't let labor go on too long with the water broken.
Good luck, and congratulations!!

yeah, those are pretty good signs. first baby? if the baby drops, the drop usually signals within the next couple of weeks. pressure is a pretty good sign. but, this could go on for a couple of weeks too. you could dilate over a couple of weeks. in any case, you should be seeing a dr. on a weekly basis now, right? if your water breaks, or leaks a little you should get checked out. this sounds gross, i know, but mucus plug? you'll know that when you see it.

I didn't have any signs (my plug had come out 2 weeks before), my water just broke and my daughter was born 2 hours later. Although that morning my husband remembers me telling him that I felt different and I thought the baby would be here within a couple of days. Maybe I was sensing it, like animals do.

With both of mine, I got real sick to my stomach and really intense pains in my hips. I also had bad headaches. When in doubt call you doc or go to the hospital. I went into full blown labor 4 time and made 7 trip to the hospital with my first, before I finally got to stay at the hospital and give birth. With my youngest I made 4 trips to the hospital before I was ready to deliver.

Some times you lose your mucus plug and that is very noticeable.
Also the baby will become less active.
