after taking pills for 4 months and discontinued in the 5th month i've been experiencing breast pain.. what does this mean?

My wife is 7 months pregnant and we are going to go swimming for the first time since we have conceived. I told her that we can go swimming on one condition: that she keep her womb, where our precioius child lives, above water so that she (yes, it is a girl and our first child) doesn't drown. My wife says that is stupid and she won't head my request. I don't know what to do? I don't know what I will do if my first child drowns and dies before she is even born. HELP! What should I do?

Could they still get to the good eggs in her ovaries and artificially inseminate her? Could they become a surrogate mother? I would think as long as they have not had a hysterectomy that they could at least procreate but not the natural way involving sex.
