When I was pregnant, I did the same thing. It always felt like someone was sticking a knife up inside me. I hate to say it, but it is probably going to continue to get worse as your pregnancy goes on. Don't worry, though. It's nothing serious.

I hated that!! The pain is from your ligaments stretching out to accomodate your growing belly.

You should get up slower and realize your carrying extra weight in your abdomen. I wore a pregnancy girdle, it helps to ease the strain on your lower body, try it .

You are already overweight, and you are sitting down too much. Get up , and move around. Not trying to be harsh, just know what I am talking about!

If it is only when you move certain ways it is probably ligament pain from your growing uterus.If it is constant,call your doctor.

It's the ligaments of the uterus stretching...take it slow getting up and moving around
