can you tell me when she can start going to her work...from when she can leave her baby at the day care...how much does it cost at the day care and what are the timings like...

I'm 20 years old and my husband is 21 years old. We just got married and everything is going great. Well, he and I have been trying to plan a nice little vacation before we go back to school again in the fall but I'm pregnant. So now I'm wondering is there anything that a young expectanting couple can do over the summer break that won't cuz any harm to our baby?

I just switched my 1 one month old to Similac Advance from breastmilk. (I dried up.) It's been over 48 hours simce she's gone poop. She's been pushing (hard) for the last hour and when she pushes turns red in the face and acts like it's hurting her when she's pushing. Last time she went a little over 24 hours without pooping I gave her a bottle with karo syrup in it and the next am she went. Could she be constipated this time since she seems uncomfortable when she's pushing?

hi..i just recently (7 days ago) began Aviane birth control pills...ive been taking them 7 days consecutively now...i began them the sunday i got my period...my period was heavy for 2 days then light on the 3rd since then ive kinda just been bleeding here and then a few hours after taking my pill i feel nausous ..is this break through bleeding ? i seem to bleed a little heavier after intercourse. has this happend to anyone else begining birth control for the first time?

Is it really safe using a doppler. How many times a day can I use it? I've heard they're fine, but my husband's paranoid about something happening to the baby because of using it. Thanks

im bleeding and its like slime with red tint to it and its really gooey and string (yeah its gross) is that normal? could it be implantation i should be about 5 weeks now. Oh and when you have sex is it normal for you to bleed more after?

Ok, I got BC almost 2 months ago now. I am now a week late on my period but I am still getting neg results on pee tests. I have had symptoms for a week of starting my period such as extremely tender breasts, cramping. The only thing that is strange is my veins in my boobs are really really visible. (BTW I am married and me and my husband are trying.) But anyone who has experienced this or may know what is possibly going on just let me know, your opinions are apprieciated. THANKS

I'm not for them. It's just plain murder in my eyes. Young girls and fathers say their not ready to be a parent but I say if you're ready for sex than you're ready for a baby.

When I went to the register at Wal Mart and when the cashier rung the diapers up( i bought a big box with 104 in it) instead of just taking $11.00 of it she rung up the bigger pack for free. It was like $20.00. Do you think it is wrong for me to not go back to the store?

My son is talking a little bit and says a few words here and there. We know he understands what we are saying and will go get a certain toy if we name it, etc.

I was just wondering what type of activities you do with your 2 year olds to help them learn to say more words and do certain skills. I want to break up the day in different types of activites, so he is learning more things that are age appropriate.

Some of the typical things we do are reading books and I started asking him to point out what was on the page and he has started to get good with that. We stack wooden blocks. We try and put different shapes into the correct holes. He watches educational programs, but I don't want it to take over his day. I started to take pictures with my digital camera with different things around the house to make flash cards with. I also did this with family members that live out of state that we don't see on a regular basis.

Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

ok so im a in home nanny( i go to them) for a family of 3 and i get to bring my son to work every day. i recentaly thought i would nice and tip them off that my husband and i would be trying to get pregnant again this oct. and they dont seem to like it to much. I understand them and the fact of them wanting there kids to have 1 on 1 with me but i also want more children. They told me "we cant tell you not to have more kids"so i know they wont but im afraid they will start looking for another nanny. I would hop they would at least wait itll i actually had they baby you never know how long it will take. They are wonderful people si i felt like i should tip them off. Do you think i should of or not said anything and just waited? thanks for the help.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year and a half. I recently found out I have polycystic ovarian disease, which was explained to me and I understand what it is. My ob/gyn is planning on putting me on clomid after I get one more test done. I was wondering what the side effects of clomid are and also the statistics for people having multiples while on it. Also how long after starting the clomid can I expect to become pregnant?

I've been trying to get preggo for about 2 years, a friend of mine had a baby and she said that she read like a billion books and they all told her to have sex on the first day of her period, so thats what she did and boom, 9 months later baby girl. i mean, is that true, cause if it is i cant handle sex with uuuuhhh, you know. but i just find this weird.
