I'm 20 years old and my husband is 21 years old. We just got married and everything is going great. Well, he and I have been trying to plan a nice little vacation before we go back to school again in the fall but I'm pregnant. So now I'm wondering is there anything that a young expectanting couple can do over the summer break that won't cuz any harm to our baby?

You can do everything you have been doing right up to delivering. As long as it isnt dangerous like ski diving racing cars ect lol. I had 4 and I asked my dr. and he said just do what you have been doing as long as you are comfortable doing it. But check with your dr. and see what he/she says. Every pregnancy is different.

Have you thought about a vacation to a beach resort? Swimming is a good exercise while your pregnant. Some resorts you can look into are Beaches, Sandals, or just do a search for beach resorts on yahoo. Along with going to the beach go see some other cool spots such as zoos, musuems, landmarks, etc. San Antonio, TX is an excellent place to vacation because there they have the Alamo, Sea World (awesome, I've been there), Riverwalk, and many other awesome things to see.

How far along are you? If not that far then you can do most anything that you would normally do (with the exceptions like sky-diving, scuba-diving, horseback riding, etc...anything dangerous). But you are able to fly until about 7 months or so. You could go on a road trip somewhere beautiful, and admire the changing season. Or stay at a bed and breakfast somewhere nice, beach towns? Almost anywhere. Just be safe and don't do anything very adventurous! Have fun, and congratulations.....Oh 2 MONTHS, you're FINE!!!! Go have FUN!!!!!!!!

You don't say how far along you are and that would sort of affect your vacation.... Mainly though, just stay out of hot tubs (yes it can be a problem), of course no alcohol or smoking, and don't do anything physically dangerous or requiring good balance.

Any vacation destination that just involves normal levels of exercise should be fine. If you have any health issues, check with your OB/GYN first.

ummm a cruise wouldn't hurt it. i would say it depends on how far along you are! if you are just into your first couple of months then probally pretty much anything, well except extreme stuff: skydiving, innertubing, skiing, i would consider a nice relaxing vacay! like the beach or a cruise something cheap of course so maybe not a cruise but be creative you could check it out on the web! good luck!
God bless!

You can do anything you want except for roller coasters etc. Enjoy yourself now before you have your little one. All you time will not be your time when that little one comes along.
