i need to make a website for the news paper me and my friend run
it has to be free
it has to be simple
it has to be fast
it has to have a spot where people can talk
it has to have a spot to share news that everyone can share and see
and i would like there to be e mail for users

try this www.xanga.com it's like an online journal but you can convert it into a website if u want but u must sign up for one and it's all free. There will be a forum where you can put up e-mails you can customise with back grounds and stuff u can add music and stuff like that,

Try Tripod (I think its www.tripod.com) It's an easy site to make, basically just entering whatever text you want and choosing colors. You can add a message board if you go to www.ezboard.com and make one, and just add the html code onto the site.
