Could they still get to the good eggs in her ovaries and artificially inseminate her? Could they become a surrogate mother? I would think as long as they have not had a hysterectomy that they could at least procreate but not the natural way involving sex.

I was actually just wondering because it is yahoo answers hehe. I have 1 kid and don't need any more trust me on that because one is enough for now, however, I have came across a woman that had this done I did not want her to be the mother of my future children, however, I came across another woman and I am inclined to think that I may run into more in the future and I was if one day I am able to support another child and just so happen to come across another woman that had her tubes cut/tied and I loved her enough to want to share a child if she could be the mother of my children. At the moment with one child I would rather adopt a kid in the future and give a child a chance, however, I could feel the need to have another biological child but not likely right now.

Yes, she can use "in vitro" fertilitzation. The eggs are matured using drugs, removed with a needle, fertilized outside the womb, and then implanted back into the womb. That sometimes works, but is very expensive and not covered by insurance. Talk to a fertility specialist.
IVF didn't work for me, but then I had the tubal reversed, did have a successful pregnancy.

Yes with IVF ~ eggs are harvested from the woman & sperm from the man ~ furtilzation takes place in the lab & 2-4 sometimes more emberos are then implated back into the womans womb. Or she could try to have her tubes reconnected (get the surgery reversed)

The ovaries have BILLIONS of eggs stored. They don't take out her eggs they just block the path the sperm takes to get to them.

Yes they can artificially inseminate her. They would take a small sample of her eggs and encourage fertilization in the lab. Once the egg is fertilized they would emplant it in the woman.

Yes, she can be artificially inseminated, but it won't do a damn bit of good! LOL! Seriously though, I have heard of some women having their tubes untied, but it is only a fertile solution in certain circumstances. Some tube tying operations are just too destructive.

Yes, if she is creating the egg, she can be artificially inseminated. If she does not have eggs, they can be implanted but that process usually takes many attempts and sometimes will not work.

Yes, but it would have to be done by ivf. Generally if a woman has her tubes tied, that's it for her as far as baby making is concerned....

yes, the eggs can still be harvested, they just are no longer able to come down the fallopian tubes. this all sounds quite possible.
