well did you eat anything spicy ? drink a lot of milk ? light cramping is a sign of labor. but if you eat 5 spicy bean burritos w/ extra sour cream. that could explain it. best thing to do if your spoting or the cramping gets worst. SEEK MEDICAL HELP.

Yes, it could be the onset of labor. Does the pain start in your back and go towards your stomach like a menstrual cramp? That is how mine started, and the cramping is probably your uterus. The bowel movements are happening more often because the babies head is down in the birthing position and it is causing alot of pressure. If any other signs occur you need to go to the hospital.

Could be. Drink a big glass of water and eat a light snack. If it is false labor that will usually stop it. If it doesn't at least you got something in your body before they cut you off at the hospital. Try to get some rest too. I had a lot of cramping and false labor. Usually a warm bath and rest would help ease it. If none of that works than it is most likely true labor. Call your Dr. and let them know what is going on. They might send you in. Good luck!!

There is a very real possibility that it could be labor. Does it come and go at regular intervals?
You're best bet would be to call the doc and let him/her know about it. You don't say if this is your first baby or not and how frequent the pains are.
Never be afraid to call your doc or nurse to ask questions. That is what they are there for.
Good Luck!

Yep. sure sounds like things are progressing towards delivering that baby!
Keep drinking LOTS of water.
Keep well hydrated
Do deep knee bends/squats
Have lots of sex!
The cramping is the prelude to actual labor contractions!

Your question is too vague, stress and hormonal changes are also causes, but coupled with bloating in the legs it's a sure sign. You have roughly a week.
Don't guess, a Doctor is the one who can give you a definite answer. Go go go

Yes they are both signs of labour. I didn't expect it with mine, as I was only 27 weeks pregnant. Pack your bags and get ready... good luck!!
