I divorce my dauther's father when she was 9 months.& separated since pregnant. we never live as a family.Any ways I have never talk bad about her father , he is the one who always mess up, by telling her lies about me or by letting her know ( I left him cuz he I cought him w/ his now wife). Ever since my dauther have her own room I put a picture of her dad & her on her night stand & the other day i found this picture in one of her drawers & i ask her why?? she just told me that she doesn't like his dad & she haven't call him in 3 weeks. Yesterday her dad call me cuz she wants to spend this father's day w/ her but she doesn't want 2 go & I told him that it is his fault for letting her down but he says that anyways he is going 2 pick her up Sat. night. Is it okay not to let her go if she doesn't want ?? What about hidding the picture?? Is it good for her to feel this way about her dad??? hOw should I help her ???I don't want for her to be unhappy. She say's she loves more her stephdad

I went to the doc yesterday and I am dilated to 2cm and 50% effaced. I'm 34 weeks and 2 days. Can labor happen anytime now. I'm on Breathin because of my contractions and that doesn't do anything. They are between 7-11 mins apart...

I have a 15 year old daughter, and all of the sudden she came home one night and announced that she had a boyfriend. They spend at least two hours on the phone at night and spend time together every friday and saturday night. It turns out that this boy is 17 years old, two years older than her. I have talked with this boy before, and he seems to be on the right track in life. They seem to be getting very serious, as they say they are "in love". Once i overheard her tell him that she couldn't live without him. Does the age difference matter? Is he using her for sex? Is this just a crush?

My son is 5 and at recess he has a couple buddies (all 5 yr olds) whom all play with sand under the slide. There is a boy who my son says likes to go get rocks from under the swings and throw at them while they are trying to play. This has happened for a week now. He says he has gone to the teacher about this and she doesn't say or do anything. Yesterday my son came home with a bruise and scrape on his nose that he said was from a rock hitting him in the face so I talked to his teacher the next morning and asked her what she is planning on doing about the other boy. She replied that they (the teachers) are not allowed to tell the kids "no" or "stop", as the local child protective services instructed during a school meeting with teachers and principle. They implied that this hinders a child's creative growth and ways to express him/herself. I just could not believe it. They have taken so much power to discipline away from the teachers and then some parents don't discipline.

I make her go befor bed and before naps. Also we have dinner aroun 6 pm and that is the last time she has anything to drink until bed time which is at 9pm. Im at wits end and dont know what to do. When she does have an accedent I dont get after her cause I dont know whats wrong.

My oldest son has asked for a cell phone for his 14th birthday, and I am not sure I want to get him one. I just found out i am two months preg. yesturday. Now my boyfriends mom wants me to have an abortion. I am totally against abortions. But she is like that it is not his problem, it is mine for opening my legs. She is saying that i just did it on purpose to make him marry me. I was on birth control! I hate her.... Her thing is that guys are not responsible, that it is the girls fault. Cuz guys can just go hoe around and girls are the ones that have to pay for it. She says that she forbids him to marry me. My second ? is the car seat i got was from a friend and it says do not use after 12/06 does any body know why?
