Identical twins means the twins are both from ONE egg that split very early in the pregnancy - before the mom even knew she was pregnant. There is no possible way for Identical twins to have separate fathers.

No! Identical twins means same DNA...DNA is different even among siblings with same parents. It's why you can't be accidently charged with a crime your older brother or sister committed.

On that note, it is possible to have fraternal twins with different fathers. This might happen if a woman were to release 2 eggs (instead of the usual one) and then have sex with 2 different men around the time of ovulation, or receive a sperm insemination from a sample containing 2 separate donors (this is done sometimes if the husband's sperm is suboptimal...it is intentionally mixed with an anonymous donor).

Not biologically. The fertilized egg that produces identical twins splits early in its development, which is why the twins have the same DNA. Fraternal twins could theoretically have different fathers.

No because in order to be identical twins your DNA has to be identical and that is not possible if they have different fathers. Faternal twins on the other hand can have different fathers.

same twins can not have 2 diverse fathers because of the fact a single zygote divides into 2 separate embryos for same twins. whether a girl had a toddler with a guy who's an same twin and then cheated together with his twin brother, she would be able to purely be pregnant from one guy at a time so the twins does no longer be same nevertheless. even although the adult adult males are same twins, they gained't produce same infants with an identical lady.

No, it's not possible for identical twins, but it is possible for fraternal twins to have different fathers.

No it is not possible. Identical twins happen when one sperm fertilizes one egg and the egg splits in two.

No. The egg splits, so it doesn't take 2 sperm.
