Tell her all the stuff you've learned with your baby...all the stuff that no doctor or pregnancy/parenting book ever says! The BEST book I've ever read is "A Girlfriend's Guide to Pregnancy" by Vickie Iovine. Totally funny, and TOTALLY true! It was pretty funny during my first pregnancy, and I re-read it during my second pregnancy. The second time I read it, it was even funnier because I could relate to just about everything the author was saying!

If you mean that your best friend wants to get pregnant, but she can't, and you already have a baby, then I don't know...

Why, does she want your baby. or are you trying to give her your baby? or maybe you think cause you have a baby, she doesn't need one? Why does it matter if YOU have a baby already?

What does you having a baby have to do with her? If she wants a baby that's her business not yours.

That being pregnant sucks asssss......tell it like it is, man!! But seriously, just remind her that you will always be there to answer any questions that may come up. And I'm willing to bet there will be many.

tell her the truth. better yet, have her come and stay with you or you go stay with her, and let her soley care for your child till she finally breaks down. coach her, but do not do anything for her or your baby, tell that this is what it is like day in and day out.

Give her positive feedback and tell her how it was for you, basicly be supportive, maybe even let her help you with your baby!
