SO... everyone wants to know what we are going to do in Iraq since it appears there are no controling the masses.

Being that those that claim Jihad are not following the teachings of Islam could we somehow start pushing or promoting bad press for against how they are not acting as muslims?

What kind of backlash if any would we see? Would we get more cooperation from the civilians in Iraq and else where?

Saddam Hussein was the modern day Hitler. He murdered thousands of innocent curds, which he hid by way of mass graves, gased whole towns and falsly arrested over 300 people. How can you even say there was no reason? I mean c'mon! If that isnt a reason to go to war I dont know what is!

It is a simple question - or at least it is meant to be

When you go to work do you feel that you "owe" them

Or do you feel it is a trade are you consious of that when you go to work

Same for the nation and the family what is the majority of the "feeling" you have - Indebted in some manner or somthing else ?

Ann Coulter comes off very poorly every time she opens her mouth. Personally, I think Elizabeth Edwards used that to her husband's advantage. When E Edwards called in, she had to know exactly the kind of response she would get. And, Coulter delivered. I am not certain how much money was coming in to her husband's campaign but I bet its gone up a bit now. If Coulter truly wanted to hurt the Edwards' campaign, she would have apologized for her statements. Coulter would never think to do that, though. But, the fact is that everyone knows that Coulter comes off as a generally nasty person and a blowhard. So, while I do think that Elizabeth Edwards had every right to make her phone call, I also think that she had another motive in mind. Just a thought.

The group’s intent is to raise awareness on the extremity of the ACLU, and bring to light its secular-progressive efforts to remove Christmas from the public sphere. The display, the first of its kind in the nation, will feature characters that are quite a bit different than the standard crèche.

There is a definite pattern. The terms libs, commies, sissies, etc How is this viewed as political discourse? Rationality and evidence are the standard. Emotion and agression dont lead to a democratic society, but a totalitarian one. SO why the use of slande, slur and aggression? Dont come back with "cause democrats are idiots", you'll just prove my point.

Have you lost faith in Jesus and rely on your insurance and hmo's for a cure . What about the other 99.999% of people that need actual medical help .
Its the poor"s fault for not having more faith in prayer . The rich prayed hard for money and power and got what they wanted and the poor prayed for a good job and insurance and got what they prayed for .
Praying has stopped terrorists from attacking America too .
Since we all know that prayer and Jesus have not cured anyone in 2000 years lets get real here and fix the problem .

Take the middle man out and the profit . End insurance . We all know that when you need money from insurance you always get back less then you paid in .

Healthcare in this country is currently costing about $2 trillion per year. The entire federal budget is about $2.9 trillion.
Has any of the candidate stated exactly how this "free" coverage will happen?
Hillary Clinton said she wanted to "taken excess profits" from oil companies to provide free healthcare. The fact is, 100% of the profits from oil companies wouldn't fund free healthcare.
Other people say trimming the pork from the federal budget will pay for healthcare. How can there be $2 trillion of pork in a $2.9 trillion budget?
So, what exactly is the nuts and bolts of this free healthcare coverage? What's the magic formula to the funding?

99 American soldiers died in Iraq this month and over the last 3 months 326 have been killed. This represents the deadliest three-month period since the beginning of the war and occupation. Call me crazy, but considering the escalated violence, continued instability of the Iraqi government, and the rising death toll of both military and civilians, the only measurable “benefit” of the surge is more bloodshed. Come September, when the situation in Iraq continues to deteriorate, what new excuse will Bush fabricate to justify the continued insanity we call the war on terror?

This allows them to kill others and to support a division among the classes profiting from the working poor and telling them their reward is in the next life not to worry .

People buy this crap and work hard and never have a quality life because they are convinced that doing as you are told in this life you will be rewarded in the next .

The only reward for death is an expensive funeral if you made lots of money or debt for the poor who bury the dead family members who had no savings or wealth .

They worked hard for years and others profited and they paid rent and electric and cared for their kids and tried hard to be good people .
Being good is what all politicians want .
And being bad is what politicians are .
Only room for so many at the top and they know it .
Making a majority of people feel as though hard work for others and not complaining and going to church will lead to heaven is just so much crap and politicians want you to believe they are just like you . DELUSIONAL

My father who works his butt off in his blue collared job is a conservative Democrat. He votes Democrat because they support unions and lower taxes for the middle class, but he does not hold liberal political ideology. He voted for Reagan for President and says that John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan were 2 of the best Presidents. I believe conservative Democrats who hold blue collared jobs are more hard working, tougher, and smarter than the pansy liberal Democrats who sit behind a desk and work on a computer all day and feel tough.

Isn't it time for an end to organized labor in the USA? We have things like OSHA and Dept. of Labor now to ensure worker's rights.

The Mafia has long had great influence in labor unions. This is an anachronism of a bygone era when beefy thugs would break kneecaps, intimidate so called scabs and worse. Their history is filled with coercion, corruption, fraud and even murder.

Why don't we abolish this embarrasment, once and for all?

Rush was trashing Michael J Fox for faking Parkinson's because he was campaigning for the Democratic opponent of Jim Talent of Missouri. Result: Claire McKaskill became Senator.

Sean was trashing Jim Webb of Virginia by reading from a fictionbook Webb had written 15 years earlier with dirty passages, telling people he had to have a dirty mind too. Result: incumbent Allen lost his job.

Neither of them said a thing about the open Senate seat in TN being contested, result: Republican Bob Corker won, BARELY.

Clearly liberalism does not sell here in the USA. Carter was the last liberal to get elected. When the sheep’s clothing was off and he ran for re-election he lost 47 states! Clinton was a moderate. LIBS were not happy with NAFTA and the Welfare Reform Act. . Why not just move to Canada?
