Bush wanted to do something his Daddy didn't do, his advisers are morons, every one who is anyone knew those people were nuts over there and always fighting with each other, ,hell we gave Iraq weapons to fight Iran, we gave Afghanistan weapons to fight the Russians,, now we are finding and getting killed by our own weapons we gave them,

Leaders always deal in generalities and not specifics....probably "faulty intelligence".

They're all just as bad....

Wow! Talk about really old news. Besides what does it really matter,seems from what I've seen all of the Muslims are a bit psycho,what difference does it make what group they're from. You don't need to know what sect they are from to drop a bomb on them.

Is it telling that the same thing could have been said about the entire American people? LOL

How about the media? They continually confused Sunni and Shia early on. Do you think that was telling?

I think this entire question is fairly unimportant, given the other choices we had at that time.

I don´t think he ever knew what Muslims were like at all.
I also don´t think he would hold back even if he knew the differences. Money and power have no religion.
