In the beginning I was against the war in Iraq. I didn't think we could be sucessful in occupying that nation due to all the different radical factions I thought it would just lead to anarchy and civil war.But now I realize how wrong I was and how well this has worked out. Bush sure proved me wrong for doubting. Anyone else want to admit how wrong the nay sayers were?

of this prosecutor in the Duke case. Was the guy even liberal?

Second-rate liberals who went to mediocre schools and married mediocre women are burning with jealousy from their nondescript, mediocre jobs. So they use their government jobs to attack their betters and sneer about the players' "daddies."

What a piece of work.

What would happen in every US city if the police and army were disbanded?

Remember the civil disorder and looting in New Orleans after Katrina removed police intervention?

It's hard enough taking most of the Republicans seriously besides Fred Thompson, but taking any of the Democrats seriously is difficult. John Edwards is probably the only serious Democratic Presidential material and I like his stance on health care. Obama just says what everyone wants to hear, wants to negotiate with terrorists, and has the serious risk of being assassinated because he is black, and Hillary Clinton can't make up her mind if she supported the Iraq War and is only running because of a multi-million dollar trust fund she gets if she wins and would be an embarassment to the country. Many people I know are seriously going to move to Canada if she becomes President. So basically all the Democrats are jokes and only 1 Republican I take seriously. If it wasn't for Fred Thompson, I would vote 3rd Party, and in 2008, I might just do that.

The real problem is that Bush seems to ignore this and has not ordered the Vice president to comply with the law .
So much for his oath to protect our nation and its laws .
Yet another example of Bush's disregard for our constitution .

Any reasonable MAN would tell Dick what time it is .

This has been without a doubt the worst administration put together ever in the history of this nation .

Others have failed and committed criminal acts and violated our sense of Morality , But this one has gone past all that to a new kind of almost dictatorship and total lack of respect for our constitution .
We had agreements and treaties and laws with nations around the world that have been violated .
We have our laws at home being violated and still not one national media reporter will ask the hard question .

Mr. President , will you order dick to turn over any and all relevant information deemed important by the people of this once great nation ?

"Some 45% of all Republicans report being very happy, compared with just 30% of Democrats and 29% of independents. This finding has also been around a long time; Republicans have been happier than Democrats every year since the General Social Survey began taking its measurements in 1972.

Since 1972, the GOP happiness edge over Democrats has ebbed and flowed in a pattern that appears unrelated to which party is in political power.

For example, Republicans had up to a 10 and 11 percentage point happiness edge over Democrats in various years of both the Carter and Clinton presidencies."

First Coulter wished the NY Times building would be hit by terrorists. Now Coulter has wished that John Edwards would be killed in a terrorist attack

http://johnedwards.com/rightwing/

Why does she keep wishing terrorist attacks on people? Is it because she's secretly a terrorist? Because she's just a bad person? Is she just using her normal tactic of saying stupid things to get attention? Or some combination therein?

They derisively condemn those who display it. They somehow equate the patriotic fervor which swept the nation post 9/11 as the rise of "fascism". They even use the term "flag waver" as a pejorative.

In one telling incident, on September 21st, 2001 the city of Berkeley, Calif. (arguably the most liberal and anti-American city on the continent) removed US flags from it's firetrucks!! http://www.firehouse.com/terrorist/20_APflagsremoved.html

I guess the only US flags that liberals enjoy seeing displayed are the ones doused in gasoline and then burned at the anti-American war protest.

Why do americans have limited knowledge on foreign affairs, especially from the opposite side perspective? There is always an American perspective which is always right, and the other perspective which is always evil, bad and wrong?

I loved the America I knew as a boy. Most people were conservative, family values were high, and moral values were high. Nowadays, thanks to liberals, we have political correctness, pathetic juvenile rappers encouraging kids to be criminals, heavy drug use because of low drug laws and popularization by liberal hippies, kids rebelling against their parents, and kids can't be disiplined properly because of liberal laws restricting parents from doing anything, and our entertainment and media sources are not censored.

Yellow journalism is a pejorative reference to journalism that features scandal-mongering, sensationalism, jingoism or other unethical or unprofessional practices by news media organizations or individual journalists. It has been loosely defined as "not quite libel".

If you think so, please take this into consideration.

I have never met anyone who did not support our troops. Sometimes, however, we hear accusations that someone or some group does not support the men and women serving in our Armed Forces. But this is pure demagoguery, and it is intellectually dishonest. The accusers play on emotions to gain support for controversial policies, implying that those who disagree are unpatriotic. But keeping our troops out of harm's way, especially when the war is unnecessary, is never unpatriotic. There is no better way to support the troops.

Since we now know that Iraq had no weapons of mass destruction and was not threatening anyone, we must come to terms with 3,000 American deaths and 23,000 American casualties. It is disconcerting that those who never believed the justifications given for our invasion and who, now, want the war ended, are still accused of not supporting the troops. This is strange, indeed.

The liberals at CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, etc.. refuse to wear American Flag lapel pins.

Fox anchor Brit Hume once famously said, "Over at ABC News, where the wearing of American flag lapel pins is banned, Peter Jennings and his team have devoted far more time to the coverage of civilian casualties in Afghanistan than either of their broadcast network competitors."
