Anti-semitism is generally perceived to mean "discrimination, hostility or prejudice directed at Jews as a religious, racial, or ethnic group" {Wiki}

That that can be pretty readily separated from the question of whether or not the nation of Israel belongs where it is, at the expense of the descendants of those who were forced out in order for that nation to exist.

Anti-Semitism is a form of racism, Anti-Zionism is a political stance. They aren't necessarily the same, though in some minds they certainly could be.

I believe they define different things. Anti-Semitism defines prejudice against an entire race where anti-Zionism defines one is against the further expansion of Israel as a state.

No; these are distinct entities, though one is rooted in the other.

While Zionism concerns itself with the creation, security and perpetuation of a Jewish homeland, it was created and grew in proportion to anti-Semitic sentiment about a hundred years ago.

In and of its self anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism but I have noticed that most people who attack Zionist attack Jews (not just Zionist).

Persisting in being against the state of Israel, 60 years after it was re-founded, does have the chance of striking people as perhaps being beyond a disagreement with Zionism.
