That's what the democrats such as Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean have said they will do. They have never come to a consensus to "cut and run". Saying that democrats all want to "cut and run" is republican propaganda meant to brainwash republicans to vote against democrats.

I'm a small business owner and I need to hire 2 people for my business. In fact my business needs these 2 people to stay in business. I know I can afford to hire these 2 people at 6 dollars each. I hire 2 people who are high school drop outs and this is the only job they can find. They make the choice to work for me. I get the help I need and they get good experience for their resume. I expect them to use this job to aquire skills that will help them get a better paying job. In other words I expect them to use this job as a hand up. If minimum wage is increased to $7.00 I can only afford to hire one person. But I need 2 to run my business so I have to go out of business. Now I'm hurt because I no longer have a business and the two people I had employed are hurt because they no longer have a job. What do they do now? How is a minimum wage increase good for our country??

What do I do to replace it?
Ok so this is really embarrasing and I am starting to freak out. I lost my permit, I am 15 years old and I really need it in order to practice. Does anybody know if it is possible to get a new one? How much does it cost?
For everyone who is going to say you have to be more responsible don't say anything at all. I have already beat myself up over it and I am perfectly capable of reprimanding myself I just need help in solving the problem

Why do some politicians and regular people vote not for the people who will try to solve the problems that need to be solved, but for their party instead? Is it all about the competition, is it about loyalty, etc?

I have a couple of issues that I feel as though should be addressed by the government as well as by the Mayor of DC. Some of them include the fact that so much tax is taken out of my check and when it comes time to file at the end of the year I never get back what was taken away. Also the rent in Washington DC is very high. I asked my mom why was this so, she said because there is no rent stipend. How do I go about with letting the right people know that I have an issue? I'm confused. I voted yesterday because I want to see changes made but I'm not sure who to turn to.

Does this represent America or are there more Republicans with computers and free time?

I figured that they would, seeing as they are both minorities who think that everyone is out to get them. However, looking at just who each race is, is that really true? I'm doing a report and I was curious what you guys thought; even though they are both minorities, do hispanics and african americans agree on most things?

Both have the welfare of the American people as their main objectives (despite using different methods), so why does every rep think that dems are just plain stupid while every dem thinks that reps are greedy a**holes?

We're all for the same country, right? If you lose the election, just wait patiently 'till next round.

I live in San Antonio, Texas. Some of our elected officials recently went to Phoenix, AZ to check out a "Tent City" they have in their prison system.

The inmates live in tents, No A/C, use Port-o-potties, they get two meals a day, brunch and dinner, not real good food, No television, they rough it.

They say it is curtailing second offenses. In San Antonio, they are looking at it because they believe, and I agree, that they are having people commit crimes so they can be put back in the system, have a roof over their heads, 3 meals a day.

I think it would be great. Why should I work hard every day to keep a roof over my head, feed my family, etc. and these criminals have it better than me. I don't think it's cruel either.

Of course some of these newly elected Democrats (Bleeding Heart Liberals) would not approve.

These are all quotes from different republicans on Y!A who had previously criticized democrats for declaring voting fraud:

Realist said this (it might not seem like it, but he IS a republican and used sarcasm): “What a beautiful thing!! We Dems couldn't have done it without the repubs turning to our side. Woo HOO”
