But i don't know the answer because although he has been convicted by a court that we recognise, we don't send people back to countries to face the death penalty.

There are so many "Human Rights" people in this country of ours, I"m sure they would be on the case.

I don't think he would be successful, as if you have been responsible for either terrorism or genocide, then they can refuse your application for that reason. He is responsible for both.
