I voted no on raising taxes and incurring more bond debt and also no when they wanted to raise parcel tax. Let's get the debt down before incurring mroe and this time it wasn't millions it was billions. It won't help education or schools or road whatever they were for.

It took 10 years for the local bond money to get to the schools and it was LOCAL. how long before that supposed money goes thru the state? 20-25? All the while interest incurs and the money is wasted.

I voted no on all of them. The statement that you don't raise taxes is utterly false. You push off the debt to another generation who in fact pays taxes. Civil servants and politicians have to take accounting 101 - you don't get something for nothing. If you use your credit card to buy an expensive stereo and toys, it does not make you rich and you still have to pay for it sooner or later (at a much higher cost than if you paid with cash to start with)

I shutter every-time I hear "bond measure". Vote NO on ALL bond measures. It is typical civil servant voodoo accounting at its worst!
