I mean we pay for a service were not using. That's wasting our hard earned money.I wouldn't mind it so much if we got something out of it. That's why the parents should pay. Not us single folks. Home school your children. It's cheaper on us single people. I just want to know what "service" we are getting. If I ever have a child, he or she wil be home schooled.

Many people go to Cuba these days, I've been tempted myself. The only thing that concerns me though is whether the Cuban people have the same freedom to go on foreign holidays, from what I understand, many cubans don't have this freedom, and risk their lives trying to escape to the US.
On the other hand, the cubans may be greatful to have visitors supporting their country.

The way I see it if ballys can rig electronic slot machines to pay out 95% voting machines can be rigged to sway the vote they MUST have a printed card of your vote for recount.

I'm watching the news and it's showing people burning the Israeli flag and holding up pics of the Hezbollah leader. They're terrorists! They kill innocent people, and they have a fan-base. It boggles the mind!

Did you ever go in Europe ? To my first question “Good reasons to be proud of being American?” I’ve had “it’s a free country” as an answer. Ok, most of the countries in the world aren’t but a lot are, and even more. Can you go in the streets and scream everywhere that the war is useless and that Bush is a Stupid idiot? What happens if you’re poor and your son has a heart or a brain problem, are you free to have him operated without spending money or are U ******? In Germany, France, Holland etc… You have what we call “Social Security” so tell me what’s so much better in the US. (This is not to put the US down, I’m half American and I love that country, not as much as Europe but let’s not change subjects.) What does the US have that is more liberal/free than Countries in Europe? Why do you call it the land of the free?

It will end when we find intelligent extraterrestrial life. Mideast tensions are based on God, proving God doesn't exist will end this babbling. BUt it will not end all war. The US is doomed to the fate of the mideast, having conflicts instead dealing with politics. Right vs. Left will reduce our country down to the disaster that is the MidEast.

All this middle east stuff you hear on the news is just an excuse to raise the gas prices. The oil industry is making millions off from these ridiculously high gas prices. If the American people did not go to work and did not buy anything or spend any money anywhere for at least 2 days, would that wake up the government and get them to do something about the gas prices? Or would that hurt the oil industry enough where they have to lower them? When I have to take out loans from the bank just to get gas to go to work on, this has gone way too far!!!
