I am 100% towards peace, a safe, secure and prosperous Israel AND a secure, free and prosperous Palestinian Nation. As for Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and all their filth...I am 200% for sending them back to the foul pits from whence they came. They do not care about the Palestinians or the Lebanese...they are just pawns in Osama's bigger game to establish an evil and repressive Islamic Empire worldwide. They do Palestine and Lebanon a disservice by continuing their bigoted and mindless war against Israel which only give Israel more excuses to bomb these idiots (and coincidentally the innocent people whose only crime is to live next door to said idiots).

What kind of freak are you?
Hezbolla has brought their own destruction upon themselves AND THE INNOCENTS AROUND THEM.
All Israel has ever wanted was peace and the land of their ancestors. Nothing more than anybody else!
I fully agree that they have the right to use any and all power available to them to protect themselves (without nukes) and/or take revenge on those responsible for kidnapping soldiers.
Try reading Revelations with a thought towards Israel.
john p, Don't you find it "ODD" that somebody HERE calls Hezbolla a just cause, and a Muslim calls them unjust?
Terrorism is never a just cause, but rather the actions of somebody who does not know what to do or think.

If I was in their shoes and Israel was holding my men in military prisons, I would also kidnap Israeli soldiers to arrange for a prisoner exchange.
Bear in mind that Hezbollah has both civilian and military branches, it is not a black and white terrorist organization like Hamas. They were started and funded by Iran to bring the Islamic Revolution (of which Iran is quite proud) to Lebanon, since Lebanon is the most Western country in the region and has been for years. The civilian branch operates hospitals and schools, and runs for public office. The military branch is dedicated to the protection of Lebanon, not the destruction of Israel. Of course, they have bad ties with Israel because of the occupation... but that's as much Israel's fault as anyone's.
Is their cause just or unjust? I think there is really too much gray area to tell. One thing that is truly unjust is Israel's retaliation... for two soldiers, they throw away the lives of a couple hundred civilians. A prisoner exchange is neither an act of war, nor an act of terrorism.

Hezbolla is a just cause but they are going about things the wrong way so is Israel.
They must be taking notes on how our president handles foreign policy. Attack first double check intel later.

Hezbolla are evil and quite insane. Since they simply refuse to be ignored, it's time to wipe them off the face of the earth.

If they would renounce violence and devote 100% of energies to humanitarian efforts, they would discover what real power is! How long will it take to wake up to the fact that terrorist acts escalate violence --- there is no win possible. In fact, the indiscriminate nature of violence so corrupts any "justice" in the cause, that it is justice that dies first.
Gandhi and M.L.King Jr. *won* their struggles by using a much greater force than violence, in an otherwise "hopeless" contest of strength. Would it not be a wiser course to select a hopeful course after so many pointless defeats?

I am lebanese myself. Their cause is not anymore just because they are operated by Iran and Syria...and since most shia'a in Lebanon are not educated so they are following the hizbollah leaders without thinking at all and as you see, they r bringing us destruction
