With what's been going on in the middle east for many years do you think we could be entering into a third world war? Now I'm not sure if I'm going to word this right but it also seems what is happening in the middle east is similar (but not to the extreme and extant) to what Hitler did with the jews in ww2. It almost seems like a race and culture is slowly being wiped out. I think it is horrible what is going on over there and most of the victims are civilians and children.

Not necessarily a comic book superhero… rather a human with abnormal powers.
Let’s say their bones can’t break, or they can run extremely fast, they possess natural raw strength, intelligence, etc. Maybe, just maybe… someone can fly.

Is that true?

Nope , they have no clue .......

Benito Mussolini , who invented modern 20th century fascism is quoted as saying ,

"Don't call it Fascism , call it Corporatism"

Fascism is when Corporations control the government.

The opposite of Fascism is Communism , that's when the government controls the corporations.

When people use the term Islamo-Fascist , they are implying that Radical Islamic Religous groups are Corporately controlled.

That is a ridiculous and totally bogus suggestion!

We know that Israel has used the US. But what advantage does the US get in funding and backing up Israel? And, what happen if the support from the US towards Israel wane?

I really hope not. What the heck. I thought we were America. But we hear about Israel so much, I'm starting to wonder if it's not the 51st state or something. If this is true then that's a bunch of total garbage!!

Someone dear to me is visiting friends in Korea. The border seems tense. Is there really danger? I am worrying just a little. Maybe more than a little.

here in Miami, the streets are crammed full of Cuban Americans dancing and celebrating and it's all over every news station on tv. the mayor is begging people to get out of the streets if they see emergency vehicles and stuff like that. is this all over the US news or just local here? it's sorta weird. i'm not cuban so just wondering how big a deal this Castro thing is anywhere else.

Do you have any idea at all of how many separate federal, state and local police forces there are in this country? Not to mention private security forces, the national guard, and four branches of the armed forces which ARE available for domestic police actions.

If anyone's interested (unlikely), I will hammer out my list of how many separate police entities there are currently operating in America. Thirty or so general types, and literally THOUSANDS of entities if they are named individually.

Everything from your library habits to your physical location (via your cell phone), internet activity, etc. is being monitored right now. And not in secret either. Because so many of you refuse to accept that this is happening, your government can do these things right out in the open. For example, the Patriot Act.

By the way, I'm a NYC lawyer, and I went to NYU. I do not live in a trailer, and I don't even have cable TV. I don't believe in UFO's. I'm not into conspiracy theories

personally i have no clue what i would say, i would probably be speechless!!! i would probably start crying or something. or maybe i'd cry afterward because i didnt know what to say & looked like a ditz. i'm not good at thinking on my feet. but i would probably like to tell him how much of a great leader i think he is... & how i feel like i can sleep better at night because of him. i think he has great christian morals & is sweet and kind. he is so smart & is handling all our country's problems better than anyone else could have. maybe he's not the best public speaker but actions speak louder than words, & his speeches always really have a big impact on me anyway because he speaks from his heart, i think he is a wonderful man & a great president

i know most people will probably say no, but i really think he is. maybe every word he says isn't specifically the right word but he speaks from his heart and means whatever he says and is always honest, and i think thats what makes him a good speaker.. and the word IS nucular, not nuclee-ar. i think its so great that we have a president who has faith in God and in our country... i love george dubya!!!!

They have discovered that they have deep sea oil fields that would be a windfall for all of Cuba!

How long until the Bush Administration 'discovers' that Castro is an evil dictator with WMD's, and the Cuban people must be 'liberated'?

No one likes war (truly). If you deny that you are either a joker or a sadist (or some variation on that meaning). But, I don't see any resolution to the current geographic-religious combination that is glued together in that region. These people will continue to lob missiles and human bombs at each other, and possibly nukes, and when oil dwindles (yes, my friends, it will, sooner or later) the issues will become even more compounded.

Do we give up trying for peace? Should we launch a war to end all war in that area? Do we keep playing this same game, hoping it will all go away? So many questions, and I don't see any good answers. What do you have?

Prefer to hear from mature answerers only. Just your thoughts, your worries, any good solutions you might have. I don't need anything from Revelations though!!

Thanks! And for those in the US/Canada, I hope you have a great night tonight! And for those elsewhere, I hope you just have a great day!

As Christians (or other religions) we have a basic responsibility to insure that every person has a consistent and quality ethic of life from conception until natural death. Some argue that stem cell research kills unborn children, and naturally murder is the worst encroachment on life. Others argue that those cells are made in a petri dish and would not have naturally become children, and there is a moral obligation to insure the best quality of life for the elderly by trying to cure or treat debilitating diseases. What do you think?
