Nope , they have no clue .......

Benito Mussolini , who invented modern 20th century fascism is quoted as saying ,

"Don't call it Fascism , call it Corporatism"

Fascism is when Corporations control the government.

The opposite of Fascism is Communism , that's when the government controls the corporations.

When people use the term Islamo-Fascist , they are implying that Radical Islamic Religous groups are Corporately controlled.

That is a ridiculous and totally bogus suggestion!

You messed up from the start. Here's the FULL quote:

"Fascism should rightly be called Corporatism as it is a merger of state and corporate power."

as in when the Government controls the corporations as in IRAN, SYRIA, Saudia Arabia and so on and so on...

So you're taking Mussolini's word on something? That's faith! Dictionary.com (and most other reputable dictionaries) define fascism in the following manner:

A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, stringent socioeconomic controls, suppression of the opposition through terror and censorship, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism.

If you listen to the rhetoric of bin Laden, Hezbollah, or Hamas, it sounds an awful lot like this to me. If it's not Islamo-facism, what would YOU call it?

You don't understand what corporatism really means. In a corporatist society people would be represented in government by their economic role in society. For example a certain number of seats in Parliament would be allocated to capitalists. The labor unions would have a certain number of seats elected by union members, the farmers would likewise have representation elected through their organization.

Those organizations were the coporations from the Latin "corpus" for body, not companies like you think. That was what corporatists intended, but it certainly wasn't what Mussolini achieved.

In fascism, like any dictatorship, the government controls everything. You should look up the definition of fascism, instead of basing your opinion on a silly quote. In short, you are wrong.
