That's well intentioned, no doubt about it, but utopic.
I live in South America and there has always been people without any type of ambition who only thinks about having kids to make them work for them.
Why do they deserve better if they never work?
Maybe is hard for people in the US to imagine that, but is true.
Just imagine 50% of your population trying to live on Wellfare, no economy would resist that!
The proof of that is this new wave of left-handed governments like Chávez, Morales, Lula, Kirchner, Tabaré, Bachelet, etc

Do we turn a deaf ear to the thousands of families with or without children that are litterly starving to death? Do we turn a deaf ear when theres nowhere to turn to, to get the help they need when the rents due, or the money just isn't there to feed them? Do we turn a deaf ear when we see people sleeping in their cars in front of schools full of woman, men, and children waiting until school starts so that the kids can eat? Then why do we turn a deaf ear on America when foreign countries cry for help? R we not important anymore?

Regardless of the testings:anything can happen like
if N korea launched a missile to China? would they retaliate? is it a sign of betrayal?
or if China has the rightful authority to send troops and stop the testings?

Democracy, true democracy died the moment it was given life and in it’s place the rich placed their own model which passes as democracy, but isn’t. Freedom of speech is suffocated and the device that aids this act is political correctness that blankets embarrassing questions that are too near the truth for the Church and our Government to stomach.
