No doubt that they try , but domination must be complete perfect with Russia + EU + USA ...
this woud be perfect until Other countrys become more humanistic and start to think freely.
So i'm about saying YES , but not at 100% .

Only if you assume the U.S. has a responsibility to save the world. Have you contributed to your neighbour's financial situation lately? It's not how much you do, it's how much you do with what you have! Should the U.S. give billions of dollars in aid to someone when I don't want to give anything!
The U.S. is a capatalistic country where free enterprise and dollars move the intent of the people. Only those who do not achieve the income believe it's the responsibility of those who do have it, should share.
What other country would do as much as the U.S. if they were in our position. I look at countries that have existed longer than the U.S. and are in social ruin and corruption. Money has a way of doing that to a person or a government.
It is sad that the only contentment people find is in their money.
