Or is it unethical to offer such a way to gain citizenship? What are your thoughts. I'm just curious to see what people would think. I heard a news story about an illegal in the army and it made me think...

i was diagnosed with adhd when i was a child, i was given ritalin to take for about 5 years. ive been off of ritalin for about 7 years now and i know i have my adhd under control to the point where it doesnt interfere with me at all. the only problem is i have nothing in my medical records saying that i was taken off of ritalin because my doctor never really took me off, i just refused to take it at all when i was 13. does meps need the info saying a doctor took me off or will a letter from one of my parents saying that ive been off for 7 years (this is what the recruiter told me to do) be enough to not be disqualified?

My husband has 1 1/2 years left of a 6 year enlistment. The naval doctors recently found out he has hemolytic anemia. He has apparently had it all his life. It leaves him feeling very fatigued and at times very ill.He has tried iron pills, changing his diet nothing seems to help. The naval doctors haven't said much yet. He would like to get medically discharged from the Navy due to this condition. Is it possible? And how does he go about presenting his case?

If hope this isn't a dumb question, but I don't know and would like to find out. My husband and I are both US citizens, born and bred. My husband has been in the Army for 2 1/2 yrs., is downrange until Nov. '08 and completely out by Oct. '09. I am 4 months pregnant. We've been here for one year. We live on a small post, so it doesn't have it's own hospital and I will have to deliver in a German hospital. Will that make the baby a German citizen or because we're both US citizens, automatically a US citizen as well? Please. Thx :)
