It seems to me the democrats are more concerned about a political victory in Congress, than they are a practical victory in Iraq with the silly and meaningless deadlines they want to force upon the Pentagon. Does this smack of aiding and abetting the enemy, or what, given the hostage taking of British troops ? Shouldn't we be ratcheting up rather phasing out?

I heard it was a good idea to bring just the clohes on ur back. but then others say to bring a whole bunch of crap.
I'm curious as to what I should bring from somebody who's gone.
all my friends who are Marines said they had everything issued to them when they got there.
is that the same with the army?

I knew these two great hackers in the early 90’s that would hack into everything and anything. One day they got into something that they should have never gotten into. They bragged about it and printed out all sorts of pages as proof. Some people believed them while others just thought they were crazy. Three days after their adventure they both disappear. They just didn't come home one day. One was an older gentleman with a wife and kid; who had a full time job. While the other was a straight-edge teenager. I swear they both just disappeared without a trace. It freaked everyone out. We are living here in the US, stuff like that is supposedly unheard of. It still freaks me out.

I hope more counties will open their secret UFO files to the public; than the US would HAVE TO open theirs.

I hate war but i finally meet a solider and he was honored to fight for my freedom. But then i got to thinking what freedom? When the war started we didn't know what they were fighting for. Was it for gas, taking over security forces or just for the hell of it? Now I do not like our president because of this decision and he did not take 9/11 seriously. Please anyone answer this question so maybe I can sleep better at night when my daugter's father leaves for Iraq in May.

Iran's navy seized British boats and sailors from Iraqi territorial waters. This should be considered an act of war, and they should be issued an ultimatum immediately, turn them over or be prepared to accept the consequences. A military attack on another nation's military IS an act of war, so how is this not considered one??
