President Bush thinks we can win because he is listening to people who have actually been in Iraq and know what is going on there.
Who are _you_ listening to?

Ok, lets get one thing straight. There really is no winning that people speak of in this war. To win now, is simply to put the Iraqi government back on its feet. If you had ever been anywhere besides on your laptop making stupid questions you would see that we have made major strides there. Do I really think we should stay in Iraq? No. At the same time do I think we can leave without throwing this country into a greater disaster? No. Iraqis are making progress even though the media hates to admit it, so we need to stay until they are straight and then leave a stabilizing force here. Even if we do leave, this country still looks bad. We started a war we can't end. America can't do that again. So, either way we look bad to the rest of the World. Soldiers knew what they were expected to do, so don't keep on throwing out the 3,000 dead like you all didn't expect it. I don't mean disrespect for the dead's family's, but come on and be serious.

Wow - what racially charged question! look Your Majesty, the Obama administration in 2009 outspent by ability of a element of 10 the over the Bush administration's 2007 funds year. it incredibly is a actuality. Bush have been given hammered by ability of conservatives for failing to restrain spending better and that's arguably between the super motives the Republicans lost the congress in 2006. that is only that at that factor, the TEA social gathering hadn't formed because of the fact the Republicans of that factor, disappointing as they have been, did no longer upward thrust to the point of recklessness we've experienced this final year or so. another concern earlier you tar Bush with the racist brush - you will possibly undergo in concepts that for the time of 2004 he released a super investment initiative to help HIV and AIDS bothered people in Africa. he's likewise working with former president Clinton to strengthen money to help the folk of Haiti. He did no longer would desire to do the two of those issues. i'm a white guy, and that i used to love our cutting-edge president on a private point. It wasn't his undesirable rules that lost my affection for him, it became the dishonorable way he went approximately pursuing them. Does that make me a racist? I supply you my solemn promise that if he have been white, it does no longer substitute my opinion of him one tiny bit. it is not constantly (or perhaps many times) approximately race.

Can somebody call Bill Clinton to stop lying about Obama's stance on the immoral and "rash" Iraq war? Obama stood against this war from the beginning when it was political suicide to do so. Hillary Clinton who is a big war supporter and political plodder did not care about other women whose kids will be dying in a ill-conceived war. Please call Bill to shot his mouth now.

At this point he's gotten us stuck in a fine mess. He's basically helped throw the people of Iraq into such upheaval that they will be even more dangerous, and endangered themselves if we leave. I think we do need to get out of there, because there really is no "winning", but I think for the people of Iraq there should be some sort of stabilizing force before we leave so that there isn't full scale civil war.

Unfortunately, I think that ol' GW actually believes what he says. What other rational reason could he have, with all of the mounting evidence that he went down the wrong road? Maybe he thinks that he'll be immortalized in some fashion as a great ruler when history books are finally published.
The only other option is that the U.S. population voted in a crazed mad man.

He is in obvious denial. We did all we could to help out the Iraqis. The rest is up to them, including the end of the sectarian violence. 78% of the Iraqis want us out. I would oblige them within a 90 day period.
