which I hope so, I want to say that you guys are my heroes. I admire your courage, and the fact that you risk your lives for our country, and Iraqi civilians. I hope to be in the army airforce after I
graduate from high school. I draw pictures of marines, soldiers, army airplanes, and mostly everything in the army, in my drawing book.
I hope this shows you guys that I, and a thousands other people care about you guys. "Have a great christmas, and a happy new year".

think about it either our combat trained military can die killing terrorists over there or our citizens can b killed by terrorists here. wwith our troops in iraq the terrorists r more worried about defending themselves than attacking america. personally im enlisting in the usmc the day of my 18th birthday so i can help keep our citizens safe and if i die i die but im taking some terrorists with me

Retired after 20+ years and was granted a 100% VA service connected disability.

She says she can't work, least of all full time...can't believe that's all she's expected to live on. Does the military have such a total hold on your life, even after you retire? I know it does while you are in the uniform.

Think about it. We can take the best of DNA and toss it together to make a powerful controllable human life then use it as a weapon in war instead of sending human born children.

I mean, there should be no fear of God opposing it since George thinks that God is backing him up in the mass genocide of Muslims.

I just joined the Army National Guards, for a 6 active, 2 inactive term. I am also in college and in the process of being contrated with ROTC. I will be comissioned in 3 years. After I get comissioned I want to go in the Army full time (active). For 4 years. So how will this work out? Will the 4 years active cancel out the rest of my National Guard contract?

Also, After my 4 active (full time) years are up, I want to join the peace corps for 2 years, this is because I am an anthropologist and I will be doing research.

After serving all my active obligations and before I start my inactive years, would I be able to take a 2 year leave?

I just joined, so I don't know how I would go about all this, any suggestions would be helpful.

the national guard for instance. do they get sent first. or is it a matter of the persons speciality?and if so what type of specialities get sent the most?
