If they 'break down my door', meaning they just burst in, without warning (which they are permitted to do) I'd likely open fire, assuming it was a burglar or someone intent on doing harm to my family. How it would end, I don't know. But I doubt anyone would be shooting to wound when they're being shot at.

did they find anything criminating, was it the wrong house, was it the person they were looking for if all these things exist then what could you do. if not then you can try and get a lawyer to find out further as what you can do. if its good then any lawyer outside where it happen at would gladly take the case

It depends...if they are in uniforms with badges, then I get on the floor as fast as possible. If it seems like someone is trying to break into my house, then I grab my gun and go out the back...I would like to avoid gun fire in my house as much as possible.

Believe it or not, these goon squads have entered wrong houses due to faulty intelligence, and have actually killed innocent people, who were only protecting themselves from whom they thought were intruders. Although the city "compensated" their heirs, this doesn't bring their family and relatives back.

If they come with a valid warrant, they can. If they happen to get the address wrong and damage your house, find nothing and leave, they have to pay to fix it.

I would start throwing my teddy bear collection at them and then sick my big chubby cat on them. Once they figured out that I had nothing I would then give them directions to my exhusband's house and I would let them know about his arsenal of guns.

Stand there with my hands in the air and do whatever they tell me to.

Then once everything is sorted out inform them that I intend to sue.
