I am former Navy, and considering joining the USCG. I know that the ranks are the same. What about the enlisted uniforms? 'Dress' and 'Working'. Do they have BDUs?... Links are helpful too. ((FULL POINTS FOR THIS))

my opinion is to send george bushes family over to fight the war, and leave him here to worry...then maybe he would change his tune about keeping your military people there to loose there life for no good reason.

Ok, I am in a debate class and I am affirmative on (It was made up in class, I do policy but I had to do LD with a friend and we came up with this.)
RESOLVED: People who make $150,000 or more a year, should be flat taxed $5,000 to help fund the military. NOTE: I am going to give a lot of the excess money to charities to help me. not all is going to the military.
NOTE 2: Do not preach about we do not need the military or whatever. only post if you are going to answer the question, please.

I have a project to do on the book, The Hunt for Red October, and I have to create a world of work portfolio for my main Character, Jack Ryan. He was a second Lieutenant in the US Marine corps Via Naval Reserve officer training corps until he was medically retired after a bad helicopter crash. He earned a degree in econimics in college, before the Navy. In the novel, he currently works as a CIA analyst. So what careers are possible for him? I'm leaning toward something in the Navy or something that has to do with submarines? By the way, he's too nervous to fly in planes.

War are decided by the country leaders "politicians", and they are against the leaders of the opposing country.

Would it be more practical to kill the leaders, so the wars will be over faster.

Civilians and soldiers who don't even have a single hand in the creation of wars are always the victims, but the leaders are sitting in there comfortable rooms, away from harm.

Like the game of chess, take the king and its checkmate and the game is over. Why kill the pawns?

and we don’t understand how people can bash the president so bad for the war in Iraq and every thing else. You people do know its more than him making decsions to invade Iraq and any other decsions he make he has hundreds of advisors, are you people that blind to see that he is a good and honest and decent man and he is trying to do the best he can do??? He does not sit in the OVAL office getting blow jobs all day, and some people thinks that the last president was better than bush you people are funny.

How can others, who say they still support this incredible mess, justify their opinions? Do you think that among the true believers are many people who don't have any loved ones at risk in Iraq and find it easy to say, "Sure, full speed ahead!!!" I acknowledge that many brave Americans fighting in Iraq still support the war, but I believe they have been brainwashed to do so.

Do people enrolled in the MACP get sent together when one gets a compassionate reassignment? My husband and I are both in the program, and the reason I have to be reassigned is a medical issue w/our unborn baby. We've both turned in separate requests to our commands, but I read in the regulation that MACP spouses are given copassionate consideration? What exactly does that mean?
