Will you go? Or will you run off to canada. Should draft dodgers be allowed to come back to the US? Remember our anthem? The land of the free, and the home of the brave?

I raised a question yesterday asking Americans to comment on their long standing funding (by donations) to the IRA and aked if 9/11 had changed their minds along with the fact that Britain is the only western country acctually wholhartedly supporting them. The answers so far indicate that most Americans will continue to donate to the IRA ,whatever, knowing full well that British soldiers have been and if the present peace breaks down will be killed as a result. So, in light of that, would Americans be upset if members of the British public donated to islamic factions say Bin Larden to bomb America and kill American soldiers. Especialy members of the families of the soldiers your donations had helped to kill. Do you think that would be fair and help us to continue to be freinds.

While I was serving in Iraq I lost both my parents in a car accident. A few weeks later I was injured in a IED explosion which almost crippled me. I spent the next 6 months in a hospital bed in Germany learning how to walk again. After I was medically discharged I returned home to empty house with no parents. I spent the following months trying to find a job, organize my parents finances, and deal with my physical disability. I still have nightmares from Iraq and sleep only 3 or 4 hours a night. Since I have no relatives or siblings I have been forced to deal with my situation alone. I've become distant from my friends and find myself suffering from depression. However, I take one day at a time, that's all I can ask. I want to get help with my depression, but the counseling offices at V.A. are overwhelmed and it will be months before my next appointment. I can't afford see someone on my own...what can I do? I don't usually like asking for help, but right now I'm at a loss.

I would appreciate if their were links through which I could do this on-line. I have to find him so I can help him out, but whenever we hung out, it was at my place, so I don't know his address! All I know is his name, and looking it up was almost completely useless, b/c it is a very common name... All I know is that he is a retired Army Captain, and that he lives in my general area, but if I'm gonna help him, I need to be able to locate him! Thanx, and GOD bless ya!

There are too many ill veteran that have served this country for nothing. It's sad, but alot of people don't want to speak up. We have a small Va clinic. Too many ill veterans that served in the wars and all the other veterans come to our small va clinic the lines are long for walkins if you have an emergency. Alot of people are not aware that we are being denied care. The nearest hospital is in San antonio about a 6 hour drive that is a long uncomfortable transportation. Please send this message to your friends write to our state congressman, the more people that write perhaps we might be Able to get a very much needed VAHospital in the Valley
If We don't write we won't be heard. Also the promise that the military insurance promises to pay their share are not being met. Stop worrying about illegals crossing the border and let do the right thing. Remember if you don't write you won't be heard thank you

Should all men and women in the U.S be required to serve one-two years in the military after they graduate high school? The purpose of this programs (similar to Israel's) would be not only to create a large reserve fighting force, but to instill discpline, honor, and moral guidance to todays youth that severly lacks the above.
