Many soldiers are recruited from economically deprived areas. What prevents these same soldiers that may feel disenfranchised from turning their skills against the government? It has happened before. Ie Timmothy McVeigh. Why doesn't it happen more often?

I saw a video clip online of a group of Iraqi being bombed by a US aircraft. In addition, I read that some of the Iraqi were bombed, tortured, and killed over little things and necessarities.

Also, had some of the US troops died from disease, besides combat and other causes?

He says that the U.S. helps gives these type of countries wealth, power, weapons, & help of any kind, but then when they do something wrong or we don't like, then we go in for the attack! The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to my knowledge has never helped
the enemy during peace or wartime nor has provoked any kind of
an attack unless we were attacked or provoked to do so but with-
out first a WARNING of what was going to happen if things didn't
simmer down on their part. So who help to put this "SON OF SATAN" into power cause it sure wasn't us!!!!!!

No one from the study group visited Iraqi Kurdistan, which the group admits is safe and pro-American, and where there has not been a single U.S. casualty since the war.
~~~~~~~~~Article ~~~~~~~~~
The Iraq Study Group's recommendations will accomplish nothing in Iraq. Its expressions of "gratitude" to those of us Iraqis who fought on the battlefield for freedom and liberty ring hollow. The report ignores our accomplishments, dreams and sacrifices in favor of a concern for those whose ultimate goal is the destruction of democracy.
Our federal constitution, which the majority of the Iraqi people voted for, is treated flippantly, as though it were a negotiable document rather than the hard-fought result of lengthy negotiation among those willing to participate in the new Iraq. Further, the study group's approach is driven by the concerns of the countries in this region rather than by the concerns of the Iraqi people.
